80% of the time when i come at late night, they never heat up the tortilla, they just grab it and use it as is. i managed a taco bell for 3 years and it takes 10 seconds to heat up a tortilla.

I had ordered $50 dollars worth of food, with simple box combos. When I received my food, I didn't receive over half of it. When I confronted it at the counter the employees just stared at us for minutes before coming up to the counter. Our complaint was that we get 5 BOXED COMBOS and they fill two and throw the rest into a bag. We asked them why they just throw everything into a bag instead of putting it together in a BOX like it should be, and she told us "We put together some, and we get too busy to fill the rest." Cant believe these employees want more an hour for this laziness.

This place slaps at 2 o’clock in the morning whenever you’re on your way home from the bar. Number eight combo with a large Dr Pepper please. The nightshift staff is pretty funny and seem to like their job.

Reminded drive through we needed mild sauce...did not get... went inside , stood at counter for at least 5 minutes...no eye contact, no verbal announcement...finally said "hey drive through person, you forgot the sauce! The worst service EVER! WAKE UP! ARE U TRYING TO LOSE BUSINESS! LOSE MONEY! WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME! NO MORE!Parking: Sucks

Worst service from a Taco Bell ordered some nacho fries and a 5 layer burrito and they forgot to ring up the burrito and made me go all the way back thru the busy drive thru to ring up the one burrito. Terrible

Long story short:■ the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional.■ tables are almost never clean.■ they never call your order out.■ their bathroom sink water is BOILING HOT after just 10 seconds [with no way to make it cooler]■ their music is COMPLETE GARBAGE and far too loud.■ their parking lot is horribleI got a gordita box with a beefy 5 layer and a side of nacho fries. I asked them to cut my burrito in half. And the guy gets a passive aggressive attitude and says "asking for a little too much" and had to take time to "teach" the girl how to chop the burrito in half.. he made me feel bad, she got it cut and i said thank you after that terrible ordeal, she's got my box finished but she just sits and stares at the screen for a good 60 seconds takes my box over to the drive through stickers on the receipt and brings it over to me. I said " may I have my large cup and my fries please?" (This is pretty normal, as never remember my drink and almost never remember my fries.) and she stared at the receipt so I pointed to where it said "NACHO FRIES" and kindly said "nacho fries, nacho cheese" and she says "that's the nacho cheese" I continued to point at it and read it again. She continued to stare. So I kindly said " nacho fries " once more. And look, you never know what any one is going through, so believe me when I say, I stayed calm and kind. She goes and tells the same guy I referred to earlier, and he blames ME. He yells "you made me forget because you wanted your burrito cut in half" in front of the entire lobby [about 4 other parties waiting for their food] this was absolutely APPALLING. Made me feel absolutely horrible.■Food tastes great BUT They almost never fill my fries more than half way.■ The tables are always dirty.■They never call your order out so you're left literally stalking them or risk letting your food sit to get cold, soggy and stale.■There sink water is SCOLDING HOT! good luck washing your hands for anything longer than 10 seconds! Even if you only turn on the cold nob, its still hot and by about 10 seconds it's burning you. And the only way to dry your hands is with an ear r@ping air dryer.■Their music is COMPLETE GARBAGE. By far the most annoying, nastiest songs I've been forced to hear while eating. And to top it off. Its nothing you can just "ignore" because they blast that hot dog water music on MAX VOLUME. I don't know who thought it'd be funny, but it very much is not. It's overwhelmingly awful.■ they run out of Baja Blast and "don't notice" too often! [Like today]If their intentions were to prevent people staying too long, it's most definitely working.
