This is a good Arby's. Newly remodeled, the staff paid attention to my order. It was hot, fresh, and quite satisfying. A very pleasant experience.

We live 20 minutes away, so my husband drove over to get sandwiches. When he got home and we opened one of them up, it had a black curly hair in it. We called them, and while talking to the lady on the phone, another worker was LOUDLY mouthing in the back ground. We couldn’t even hear the lady on the phone, because the girl in the background would not shut her mouth! They offered to remake the order, but that would mean we would have to drive another 20 minutes both ways, and who knows what they would do to our food! No thank you! Their customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen! Will not go back!

We stopped in this evening after a basketball game. It was 8:45, dining room closes at 10, drive thru 11. We walked in and the girl in the back was on her phone, looked at us and walked away. No one came out to take our order. She walked by again, still on her phone. We waited a little longer thinking she was getting someone. Nope, still no one came out. So we left.

Price gouging. More than $2 for a large water. 800% markup. I guess they gotta keep the lights on somehow. I don't mind paying $1 for the large. I know the small is free. Even Wendy's gives out the large for free. Whataburger is like .89 for large water. But arbys rings it up as a large fountain drink. So they are charging for all the syrup and carbonation for plain water.

My big beef and cheddar wasn't all that big, more importantly, the meat was room temp at best. Ugh. Curly fries tasted like they were fried in old grease. Soda was 90% carbonation. All in all, a craptastic meal I hope to never repeat. Workers were friendly but with the lack of quality of their food, I had to take away service stars.
