The food is good, but I think there’s a bunch of kids (more interested in their phones and playing hands under the table) running the front . With no line, we waited 15 minutes for someone to come and even acknowledge that we were waiting. Tables not needed were left dirty. There was a general dishevel feel to the whole restaurant.

I love this place. I've eaten here many many times. The wait staff some are phenomenal and some need some more practice. The food is always incredible. The environment- it's a steak house what do you expect? It looks like a steak house with some really cool rustic decorations.My favorite meal is the bourbon bacon salmon and sweet potato. Ooh their house salad is super good and you can ask for blue cheese crumbles.Don't miss this place while in Sand Springs.
The hostess was kind and accommodating. The waitress was wonderful and attentive. The rolls were HOT and fresh and delicious. We devoured the queso dip but grandma said she didn’t like it too much but she loved her entree as didn’t every one else. I got the sin-sation brownie to go because I was so full but it was still great hours later !
Dry ribs. Great rolls. Baked mac n cheese instead of that gross velveeta fake cheese type. 3 stars is fair. Would go back to try a cheap ribeye & baked potato.

Great place. The manager (Courtney) helped me out surprising my wife for our 29th anniversary. UPDATE: So the past year the service has really sucked. Today at lunch we waited just too long to get our order taken so to Chilies we went. Might want to raise the pay so you can get and retain quality servers.

Took my family of 9 people for a birthday dinner. First visit for all of us. It was a perfect night. Our waitress, Heather was awesome. Did a great job of taking care of our group. Food was great and everyone left full with leftovers. Will definitely go back.
Took forever to bring us drink and rolls , kept walking past us like they didn’t see us and I had to ask for the ticket because they never brought it to us definitely will not be

Funny how service is about,” get them in get them out”, got appetizer at same time main course, then the salads came out, think the kitchen, wait staff and manager need to get together on things. 12 oz ribeye was 2/3 fat so wasn’t to happy. Next time I’ll wait till I get home to eat and pull my farm fresh steaks out and cook myself like always when I want quality.
T bone was ordered medium rare, most of it was medium raw. Sides were not good at all. Workers all seemed stressed out & on edge so we just quietly ate and went on our way, never saw the manager which is fine. I won't give them a second chance
