This place was honestly disgusting. Not the food that was OK but like the actual restraint was a disgusting disaster. Every table was filthy and the floor was covered in trash and dirt and was just gross.

First off , I drove up to the drive thru and was asked to wait a minute , 10 minutes later , i pulled around and went inside , the floors looked as though they had not been cleaned in a while , my shoes stuck to the floor , there was one employee running the drive thru and waiting on the inside customers , what looked like a manager filling out paperwork off to the side and one other employee , emptying trash , i ordered did get my food quickly , the sandwich was at least warm and was good , the mashed potatoes and gravy were not good , and i tried to order sweet and unsweet tea they had neither one

The food was horrible. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. My sandwich was dry and they tried to hide it by adding way to much of the sauce. Cole slaw was way to watery. The store was messy and that's because they weren't busy at all. So no reason the store should look messy. It should be looking so clean that the manager and employees should be tired from working not just standing around. Now the girl who took my order is in tbe wrong business. She was great. Did her job like she is supposed to. Great job on her. But I have to say I'm done with this kfc here in sand springs. Not only did they make my wife wait 45 to take her order a couple of a weeks ago but this under cooked chicken can kill or hurt someone. I'm glad I looked at it before. Or I'd be in the hospital. I hope the franchise owner is seeing this or corporate gets wind of this (doubt it) but let's hope they take there job serious and maybe just maybe they can be productive kfc employees. Just because this is sand springs doesn't mean we don't deserve good food.

Charity Sunday
Our cashier was not very well spoken, hard to hear anything that she said. We waited over 30 minutes for food and there was no other customers ahead of us inside and none that I noticed at the drive thru. About 5 people come in behind us and left with their order before us. There were only 3 people in my group. And then when we finally did get our meal it was not correct and we had send part of it back because it was cold. Won't be going back there for a long while. Blah!

The chicken was good and tasted pretty fresh but the sides all sucked I literally picked it up drove 5 blocks brought it in the house and mashed potatoes with ice cold. Little girl at the window was very nice overall I'd give it about a 3
Terrible. Broken drink machines and they don't let you know. Every fountain drink contains a hint of metal and rotten aftertaste.They serve stale and cold food . Incompetent employees. Overall one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to.

I give 1 star only because I cant give ZERO!! Unbelievably disappointing!! Came in at about 7:30 pm Saturday night. We were 4 of 6 customers in the whole restaurant. The staff were pleasant taking our orders for 4 people. We waited for about 20 minutes. Unusually long for "fast food". The floors were sticky walking to our table. The lights inside the restrooms were very dim. 2 of us ordered the 3 piece combos. Smallest chicken legs I have EVER seen! All chicken pieces were soaked in grease! My wife used to absolutely love the KFC Cole slaw. This was no where near the slaw that KFC is known for. My order of sweet corn was very dry, like it had been left out for days and then reheated. Our chicken sandwich was COLD! If it weren't for the fact that we had been traveling for 8 hours, I would have demanded my money back and went across the street to Taco Bell. This is 4 people that will NEVER be back! Probably never eat at any KFC again because of this terrible experience!
