I was astonished to witness a lack of sanitation, and the amount of cross contamination. Staff putting their hands in salad bowls, flipping loose ingredients from the bar back into the containers sanitation and cleanliness was the least of their priorities not to mention the lack of food on the buffet. I love Mazzio’s, but will steer clear from this location Moving forward

Hard working team in there. The staff was behind because of door dash orders and it saying it was going to be ready in 20. Took about an hr to get it but other than. That good service. Food was good. Didn't get the right wings but enjoyed them anyway. I was hoping also for the price of the small for it to be a little bigger or a little cheaper. Because cost to size ratio is off. Good over all. Will enjoy again.

My family and I, along with some friends went to this restaurant after Sand Springs Christmas parade. It's been awhile since we have eaten at Mazzios. I ordered our food at 8:21pm (wasn't informed that they would be shutting everything down at 8:45) our pizza was brought to our table, around 9pm. The rude girl that brought it out informed us that we needed to leave, because they were closing. (there were other people in there that ordered after us, that was told the same thing) I go ask for another salad plate, she told me no that the salad bar was closed, light was still on and it hadnt been refilled)so I used my dirty plate. The manager stepped out and told me he had to go by the hours posted on the door ( which is hogwash, I work a customer service job also) I asked the the girl her name, she told me I didn't need to know. So save yourself some time, some aggravation and money, don't go to this mazzios. I know I sure wont!!!!

Went there tonight after the sand springs parade we ordered our food at 8:15pm one person order an all you can eat salad buffet when our food finally got out to us at 8:50pm they then tried telling us that their dining area closed at 8:30pm and that we had to leave even though on the door it says 9:00pm and online it says 10:30pm then they tried saying they told us this when we ordered but everyone we spoke to said they were not informed then they wouldn’t give us plates and they kept hiding in the back of the kitchen there was one employee that was very very friendly but the rest was absolutely terrible by far the worst customer service I have ever seen I will definitely NOT be going back and if you want to enjoy a nice meal I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
