Ok, I use to go here all the time but I won't go anymore. I take the extra time to go to the one in N SS. I sat there for 25 min for a diet coke & it wasn't busy. Then when I call in, they tell me it's coming. It didn't come. I call back & they say ma'me your going to have to go to another stall we can't hear you. I was so frustrated. I was on a break from work & ended up having to use the time to grab a diet coke as my lunch time. Then when she finally brought it, no explanation, just a cold attitude. Have been back but each time just snotty attitude. I should clarify this is the day girls, not the evening. I'm usually there b4 11am.

This place isn't a place to go this is the second and last time. You can't get waited on. They tell you over and over be right with you. But they take over five minutes thru the drive thru just to take your order. Then another twenty on food. Then it's not really that good. Won't go back. Headed to Prattville and got a little faster service but that turtle blast sure doesn't look like the picture. Lol. Can't find any of the blast just ice-cream. For 6. Dollars you'd think they'd put some candy in there not just on top

Took forever to get order. When got home, the bacon burger had no bacon. The chicken was hard and burnt. My son took this back. But I stayed at home eating mine. My onions rings were burnt and hard but my son had already left. Got to bottom of container and a group of rings were stuck together. When pulling apart they were white raw and googly where they were stuck together and the rest were burnt.
Typical sonic, takes 10-25 minutes to get food, they always forget an item or two and by the time they make that the rest of your food is cold and you've been there over 30-45 minutes.Carhops are mostly friendly, until you tell them stuff is missing and they get defensive.Not the worst sonic by any means, just kind of average across the entire company.Of course they mark the order as being delivered to you within minutes, I'm guessing they are tracked on times and cooking the books.Update for 2023, still the same stuff, different day. They did change the fries at sonics, they taste worse and super greasy feeling now.

First of all the guy that answered the speaker was rude, I was trying to order food and a shake. I couldn't make up my mind and he repeated what kind of shake. Then he said he had to take care of an order first and would come back to me. Then after I get my food and shake, I get home and he didn't put lid on the shake right, so when I went to pick it up the lid popped off an I got melted ice cream all in my care all over my porch , all over my carpet it dripped , it dripped on my kitchen because the cup was faulty, it wasn't firm enough so it went all over the place. I will not go back there. Sorry , but right now I'm mad because instead of eating I have to clean up everything.

I went to the Sonic in Prattville about 9:30 tonight and ordered 2 # 1s,and med order of pickle fries...The burgers were awful ,the top bun was still frozen on both and it had way to much lettuce n pickles .Between the buns being frozen and the overload of a salad on them,,the bun was wet n soggy n downright gross . The bun just fell apart.,n I actually had to use my own buns to fix our Burger,but we could not even eat half and threw away, what a disappointing meal ..I usually like sonic ,but the food was uneatable..
