Went to Wendy's between 3:30 and 4 PM. Ordered a Dave's Double burger with mustard, no mayo, no ketchup, large fries, and large coke. Was $12.00 and change. Got to the service window and asked if they got the mustard on my burger. They took it to the kitchen I guess. Brought back a bag and handed it to me. Didn't give me the coke so I ha to go back and tell them. Got the coke and drove home. (not the end of the story) Opened the bag and unwrapped my"burger". It was a pitiful chicken...read full review

Wow. So first off today I stop by Wendy's for lunch I typically refuse to go to fast food and I've had bad experiences with them in the past. But I was in the mood for a decent burger and nothing that was gonna break my bank account. Ordered on the app and went through the drive thru...the lady at the window was not friendly at all... also, my lettuce wrapped burger was very tough ( the meat ) ... asked for a couple of items ( like a knife and fork ) and the lady literally gave me a death stare ( like she had no clue what I was asking for)Just a really rough experience ?Hopefully it gets better... because I love Wendy's ❤️
