Wasn't even sure if the store was open, it looks like it has gone totally downhill from the road. I DO NOT APPRECIATE being charged an extra $1 for a large coke upgrade I did not order and because of this sorry, greedy, thieving behavior, I will not be back no matter of the food is acceptable or not. You don't charge people for what they didn't order, nor did you even ask because had you, I would have said NO. My $9.99 meal was over $12, a #2 combo which is 3 piece dark, side and biscuit.

Absolutely the worst experience in my life. We ate there went to order first they had no shrimp, then we ordered a chicken fingers basket and asked if we could order a piece of fish with it was told NO. Then we go to sit down and every table was NASTY. Crumbs, and sticky and gross ..then got food and fries were cold, we got 2 tiny chicken tenders, it was ridiculous. The kid at cash register acted like he didn't wanna be there and we were a bother. Absolutely do not recommend at all. DONT GO HERE...

Chicken was not cooked as well as we would like.We shared a 5 piece chicken strip dinner with a side of 4 cheddar poppers..$19!Ugh.We asked the guy at the window if that total was right and he was very rude and said yes.We won't be going back.

Food was decent but definitely not seasoned. It seemed to be it's under new management and I'm pretty sure it's husband and wife. They're definitely not friendly and didnt have that customer service touch as of communication. The place was also very dirty I almost picked up the sanitation myself and wiped down the tables since I'm familiar with fast food.

The biggest issue is the gravey was like water not exaggerating, the little I got was like water.Also be careful when ordering they automatically charged me for the largest drink size for an upcharge and a few extra sauces I didn't order. I'd show my receipt, but they didn't give me one either. It's possible it was an off day, but this has not been great.

After the third visit I feel that I can give an adequate review. If there was an option for no stars, that would be my response. All three visits, my order was incorrect. On last and final visit, the order was placed via drive thru, pulled around and paid $45 for food, then asked to pull around to front of store (keep in mind I am the only customer PERIOD) waited over 15 minutes for food. Checked my order and shockingly it was WRONG again. Went into the store and explained that they gave me the incorrect item. I had to repurchase the correct item again for an additional $5. So finally get what I wanted for $50 (yes folks that is for fast food) Get home and the chicken is old, greasy and dry. The mac n cheese tasted like bad cheese, the mashed potatoes had maybe a teaspoon of gravy and biscuits were old and hard. Needless to say this is the last visit to this store. Highly do not recommend unless you want to spend a lot of money for not so good food and play the mystery game of what will I get.

I think they overcooked one of our pieces of chicken but the rest was very good. I liked their sides better than other fast food chicken places. The price was better than their competitors also. It seems like some of their competitors think they have gold plated chickens judging from their prices. I worked for a major poultry manufacturer for over 10 years. I am certain that chicken is one of the most abundant and cheaper meats. What's the reason for the high prices elsewhere is something that doesn't make any common sense.

The two employees running the place couldn't care any less that everyone waited close to 30 minutes for sinple orders. The chicken fried steak was dry, and my son threw it away. Mashed potatoes were terrible.
Went thru drive thru in Sapulpa. Was able to order quickly. Had wait to get food. Maybe around 15 min . Food was good.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
