Only went to KFC in sapulpa, oklahoma because of the buffet...but now they no longer have a buffet in the lobby where customer has access.

They stopped selling full sized chickens in their meals.They buy them before puberty then use them for bucketmeals!! They'll give you a real deal on buying accessories... sucks because that outlasts the whole chicken!Last time I buy from them!We like having chicken with the whole meal not just the first part of it!!

The last 3 times my order has been wrong #1-wrong pieces of chicken. #2-got home with only sides and NO chicken. Had to go back and no apologies. #3-wrong pieces of chicken and paid higher for what I wanted. Then had to wait and I was the only car in the drive thru. Took 8 minutes to get my order. 3 times I went back. Won't be a 4th. I'm done!!!

My Famous bowl had no corn and was definitely smaller portion than I am used to. I paid cash and didn't get a receipt. I will say customer service was good. If I had the time I would have gone back but decided to just deal with it so I know they do not have a chance to make it right.
