Stopped in here to grab a quick bite during a rain storm and had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a few tips on how to get the most of our dining experience. Food was good and fresh.

We eat here most every Sunday after church. The food is always good and they are very good to make whatever pizza you request. But, the thing that stands out the most for me is the group of young people we see working here week after week. They are always professional, friendly and hard workers! They impress me every single time!

I have eaten at this buffet many times and it is always good and service is pretty consistent. If you look at my other reviews I like to give good ones, but this made me so sick that I had to post it in fear for others getting food born illness. I got there as they were clearing off the buffet because no one was in there, So I ordered a sandwich, it took about 15 minutes and that was no big deal but I watched the employees eat the pizza from the buffet over the food prep area while they were wearing their black gloves to protect from cross contaminating peoples' food. There were 6 employees that I counted including the bald tattooed manager, all of them was doing it except for the elderly lady in glasses and the thin guy with really long hair who was cleaning the lobby. This was just gross, how could they not know better? Are food handlers classes no longer required?

Did an online order, they told me it will be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up and they told me another 15 minute wait and there was no one else there. I got cold food, wrong kinda sauce on my wings, and I was charged for extra sauce on the side and didn't receive any sauce at all. This was my first experience with simple simon's and I definitely won't be coming back

The food was excellent just don’t leave your stuff at table or they will take it they think you are gone my keys and jacket and my grandkids stuff we went to play games came back our table was cleaned and our stuff gone had to talk to a manager and other people to look for my stuff because I asked the lady if she took our stuff and she said no but she was the one cleaning the tables so it took awhile to get our stuff wasn’t about to leave they had my car keys it was a good day there until it wasn’t
