I won't be darkening your doors again. Your decision to do away with the wraps was almost the clencher, but I decided, "they still have decent salads." So, today, I go to Sapulpa, OK store to get a chicken bacon ranch salad, like I always would get before I found the wraps. I asked the kid to chop it up for me, as there is bacon in strips that need to be chopped, as well as chicken chunks that need to be chopped up in order for me to not choke on them (I have a throat disorder that requires my food be chopped). The kid said that "we don't chop salads anymore." So to him, I replied, "Have a good day." And I left. I will not return. And I will be leaving this review on your FB, Instagram, and other social media, as I come across it. You obviously don't want the business, so I'll help you to get your doors closed sooner with spreading the word that you don't care what your customers like or want.Parking: who cares?

the subway management is so bad! they treat their employees horribly, half of them don’t know what they’re doing & they don’t teach them anything, they're mean to their employees in front of customers, and fire everyone who knows what they’re doing for 0 reason! will not be returning!! that old lady needs to retire

I absolutely will never go back I would have left no star but not a option kid started my order an walked off did not even get the bacon that was suppose to get ranch tasted like vinegar which guys put it all in one spot the middle of my sandwich our bread was hard as a rock never again I got chips an sandwich he didn’t even ask if we wanted a drink with it DONE

Ive worked at this subway and a couple others and never have I heard of managers being abusive towards employees. This manager lost her mind over somethin that didn't involve her employees and started attacking verbally and physically...I wouldn't take it kids in their she might snap at them

I wouldn't trust this place....I was in a couple weeks ago and theres a manager that is abusive to her workers....had a friend working there and she was attacked by the manager over a situation that didn't include her it was another customer. That manager cut her hours for no reason and harassed her to the point of leaving. Even the franchise owner is be uncooperative and ignoring phone calls. Not happy at all and subway better get ready for alot more calls...

This store has gone downhill extremely bad as of lately, it is clear that the new "management" has no clue what their doing, I've witnessed this new "management" being extremely rude to customers and staff alike, they should really take a couple tips from faith (the old manager) she actually knew how to run the place.

We ordered 3 sandwiches online. The staff obviously do not know what goes on a Pickleball. We paid to have bacon on a different one and no bacon. The third sandwich had the oil and vinegar that was suppose to go on the second sandwich. Ordered chips no chips. Sandwiches sloppily made. Definitely will not order online again. Sorry this was the store in Walmart.

I guess food safety and cleanliness is out. The lady making my sandwich had a full head of hair maybe a wig. Regardless it was all over and no hair net, Chewing gum with and open mouth while making my sandwich.

Extremely angry that this is how I received my sandwich. Not only did I have to “cut” the sandwich myself (it was so soggy it actually just fell apart) but the wrapper is so soaked with sauce that the brown bag it came in was wet too. If that’s your liking, that’s fine but I didn’t ask for extra sauce on my order, or extra extra extra sauce at that. I paid money for this!! I get that I could’ve made a sandwich at home, but I didn’t. I chose to waste my money and time here and I just expected a good quality sub.

Always friendly and the food is always delicious.My favorite is the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch on flatbread, with spinach only and add chipotle instead of ranch.The Chicken Bacon Chipotle should be on the menu ?
