I wouldn't even give it a one star I ordered in the drive thru, ordered two of there chicken enchilada box meals I specifically said no tomatoes the heavy set lady that I think was a manager was rude we asked for a Lil of all sauce she had a Lil bag with 3 mild asked for all sauces she rudley grabs two more small brown bags and mouths under her breathe and aggressively hands them to me make, I make it home there is tomatoes on my stuff, my chalupa is hard as can be as hard as a hard taco in both meals the meat was cold very greasy I ate my bean rice chicken burrito, it was cold but I was hungry it didn't taste well rice was a Lil hard too, within about 30min to a hour of consuming the food my stomach was upset, I got diahrea and nauseated. Will not go back ??

Tonight my order was messed up not once but twice. Even shown receipt for the first mess up they gave me part order right and the rest wrong. I will not be going back to the Sapulpa location. That is ridiculous never did I ask for a flour tortilla with just cheese and sour cream I wanted beef with it. That is not hard to do! You need to train the staff better. And I will tell everyone about this incident. $45 to mess up my order twice I don't think so very unprofessional

Wait time in drive threw after ordering is usually about 8 mins.Today's experience was average for this location, for the above description.Kid-friendliness: I do not believe this location is child friendly after the hours of 8pm. Their employees attract the unwanted on the evening.
I did demolish my cravings box. That being said....1 person smiles. That's like a 14% smile rate.Food was on point. 10 minutes for a taco not so much...Clean the tables, smile more , speed it up and y'all MAY have a decent taco ?!

The customer service of your night crew and night mngr shane are less than a 1 star review. It makes one wonder how many customers they laugh at and slam the drive thru window on. May be time for a new crew who has respect. Ive been in food service for MANY years and am almost 50yrs old and my associates, as young as they may be, know that certain behavior is not tolorated on my shift and treat customers like they are family. Its very sad that the behavior i witnessed is tolorated with a slap on the hand.
