“Driving North from Sourh Texas in the motorhome. We stopped in the parking lot to stretch our legs, thinking it’s Easter and they are closed. Nope I ran in and picked up a delicious pizza. Friendly, fast and yummy.”

Absolute best tomato soup and grilled cheese I have ever had.Previous meal was a stuffed potato with grilled chicken instead of bacon, another off the chart good lunch.The toasted seasoned crackers they make will not be found anywhere else.”

“The food was amazing! The service was really good and quick for it being lunchtime and packed. The atmosphere was so so and the men’s bathroom is right next to the dinning tables. Kind of a turn off if you have to eat next to it. Other than that it is recommended highly!”

“Was during the grill fest so I understand they were busy but she looked right at me twice and didn’t even acknowledge me. Generally, people would say something along the lines of “be right with you” or something like that. The coffee was pretty good. Cool atmosphere. Kind of an old saloon vibe mixed with an urban coffeehouse vibe. Bathroom was nice and clean.”

“Sadly, I have driven past this place for over 20 years, since moving to NWA and only just now was able to time it to where I could stop for lunch. It was perfect! I loved everything about it, the food, the people... I wish I had taken pictures of everyone's food but I knew they were closing in an hour and was trying to hurry. I will definitely work harder and timing my meal stops around this place in the future and wish I would have known just how great a place it is! That pasta salad and fried okra was perfect....it all was! Thank you!”

“This is the coffee shop has the best “small town, home” feeling you could ask for! The workers love their job and the coffee and food is delicious! If you are ever in McAlester, do yourself a favor and treat yourself at Harbor Mountain Coffee!”

“Stopped for lunch along our route from South Texas to MN. It was nice that it was fairly close to the road we were traveling. The beer was wonderful and the 2 brats meals and cheese tray were fantastic.”

“Their food was superb. My husband and i had soup and sandwich combo plus it came with an extra side. I had a tuna melt and it was delicious and what i couldn't finish my boys finished and thought it was very good. My husband had the ruben and enjoyed it. We both had the beef vegetable soup and it was very very good. It was no progresso or campbells because you can see all the veggies and see the meat your eating. We havent tried their baked goods/pastries yet but they looked really good.”

This place is definitely one of the best in mcalester and never disappoints. Would definitely recommend this place if you are craving Mexican food.”

“We're from California or here visiting family and needed to blow off some steam. Found this little hole in the wall bar. The staff was nothing short of amazing. We had such a great time. Great drink prices and the atmosphere was perfect, even for a Monday night! We will definitely go again if we find ourselves back in beautiful Oklahoma! “We all know I don't hand out 5 stars. So let's get started! This little restaurant is so inviting from the minute you walk in til the last bite. U have the atmosphere of a mariachi event on the walls and coming from the speakers in the back; to the unique photos and pictures on the wall. My husband and I had complimentary chips and dip, ofc I got queso, then we ordered. My husband had the beef chimichanga, with Mexican rice and refried beans topped with cheese. He did have to order a side of sour cream as the small lettuce salad does not come with this meal. As guys say uhh. Good!! LOL! No really, he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Now I had the Chicken chimichanga with Mexican rice and refried beans topped with cheese. The rice was fluffy and tasted so perfect. I honestly didn't get to eat the beans I was already full! But the chicken chimichanga had a little too much cumin today. I'm not saying it wasn't good. It was cooked very nicely. The lettuce salad wasn't offered with this meal either but I didn't hesitate to order the guacamole! The staff here was very nice and friendly and I am sure we will visit again soon! “Decided to take the business route north into town and found Jaz's. Great food and service. My wife loved the catfish and fried green tomatoes. Red beans and rice are really good as well. Simple restaurant and great service. Would definitely come back!”

“My brother is handicapped. They made our visit very enjoyable. The lady that waited on us (I believe she was the owner) was very kind and loving towards us, going out of her way to clean up a spill cheerfully as if he was her own brother. I was very impressed with their kindness. The food is delicious too.”
