To be very honest and very straight forward McDonald's is supposed to be a fast food place which to me means your food is fresh and served in the fastest way possible when I went to this McDonald's in Seminole I placed my order at 11:30 am I didn't get my order until 11:47 am ! I'm sorry where is this ever acceptable at a fast food restaurant it's not. They took part of our order fries and two of our 3 burger order and sat it under there timer so this foods getting cold sitting there for ten minutes smh the manager working drive thru finally took the fries after ten minutes and dumped them back in with the fresh fries and stirred them back in would you want fries that sat out for ten minutes mixed back in with fresh fries surely not neither would I. After about Five more minutes of filling drive thru orders my burger the third one was finally brought to the front so I get fries that have been mixed in with fresh fries 2 cold burgers and the burger my wife got was cold and dry as well shame on you McDonald's in Seminole definitely not a fast food experience ☹️

Drive thru , associate tells me available sauces / flavors , and how many I can have....get down road to find out I got one . One packet for 20 pc mcnuggets , and not even a flavor asked for . Never back to this one if the hired help cannot even think rationally about 20 to 1 count .

They were a little unorganized for what is supposed to be lunch rush. It was a long wait and I ended up using the kiosk to order after no one came to the register. My food was good though.

Update.... this is the worse fn mcdonalds ever.. everytime my order is wrong or they didn't give us something. Not only that the guy in the back wasn't even wearing gloves touching my foodEverytime i come here it's something. Order a large frie just to get a medium one ???
