We ordered through the app and had great service at the Seminole location. The pizza was hot out of the oven at the exact time they said it would be ready. Good service and good food :)

Overall everything was pretty good.The big new Yorker could have had more pepperoni on it. And the pasta dish should have been covered with aluminum foil.

The Big New Yorker Pizza. "What a MESS" This is what it looked like when I opened the box after delivery. Nothing BIG about this pizza. Crust sizes are different. No Parmesan added. And mostly all the orders I get you have to recut your pizza. Horrible!!!!
Well it’s hard to call it a pepperoni pizza when there’s not one piece of pepperoni on the pizza. I ordered online and drove 20 minutes to pick up my $45 order which was 2 large pizzas and big New Yorker. The big New Yorker was supposed to be a pepperoni with half of it with jalapeños. Well everything was there but the pepperoni. I called the store trying to get ahold of someone to talk to and as soon as I mentioned the pizza I was immediately put on hold then I called back and someone else picked up and again as soon as I mentioned the pizza was immediately put on hold. I’ll never spend another dime at this location. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with.

I called on 5/12/22 to order a pizza and the lady who answered was extremely rude. She had the worst attitude. The lady was huffing and puffing the entire phone call. I asked if there were any specials going on and she caught an attitude. After that i asked if i could pay with card and the lady huffed on the phone.

Dont order from pizza hut in Seminole. I order 2 pizzas after 1hour I called and they said it was out on delivery, called back 1hour half later and they said it was out for delivery. After 2 hour the manager calls and offered us a 2liter bottle of soda and are pizza are on ther way.

If I could No stars this I would, as this experience wasnt worth it at all. I ordered through door dash for a pickup order and my CHEESY Alfredo (no chicken) came as CHICKEN Alfredo. Not the biggest deal but I was a little frustrated, but I also ordered cinnamon rolls (a 10 pack) and please explain to me WHY there is NO ICING!?!? they're literally just plain cinnamon rolls. Very disappointed with the service from this location.
