Unfortunately our order was incorrect. They gave us all sausage burritos when we asked for one to be bacon, no sauce or peppers in the ultimate burrito, tots were under cooked and did not give us ranch as requested.

Ordered a large mozzarella sticks and all of the cheese was burnt out of them. You can obviously tell these are not edible, so why would you serve them? I truly hope the staff at this location is doing okay, because this is concerning… served at 10:45am 3/11/24.

Disappointing. Took my mother to Sonic and requested a number 10 combo. Chicken was not crispy or cooked but black and dry. We requested a large cheddar peppers. And got cheddar bites.

The store is the most unorganized store I've ever applied to. I called to see how my application process was going and Everytime I was told to call on Monday. Three Mondays pass and I finally got someone who told me to come in for an interview. I show up for the interview on the schedule day and I got the job on the spot. I was told to do paperwork work online and text when done. I texted when done and she asked for me to go in to do paperwork that I already did online but I went in anyways. I was told a day to work which was Monday the 7th. I get a message telling me not to come in. I texted asking what day can I come in and no answer. I finally get an answer but was asked to come in Sunday the 21 wich I can't work since I told her during the interview I'm catholic so I wouldn't be able to. I texted her if there was an earlier day and she told me thats she would have to look since she was not there. I said sounds good. I never got a response and then I get called asking where I'm at and why I'm not at work even tho I told her during our interview I can't work Sundays and I never got a response so I was fired for a "no call no show" even tho I never got a response or confirmed of I could come in . I also never gave a yes. If you plan to apply here I recommend not to.
We just ate there last night and it was not only delicious as always but the service was outstanding friendly waitress food was on time hot from the kitchen and very courteous
