How this place has 4.5 stars I would never know , probably paid reviews ... you could go here 10 times and maybe order be right 1 time , workers. Being in here arguing, cussing at each other , kids like 5-8 year old managing the drive window ... the list goes on and on .

The food was delicious. The pizza was super cheesy and the crust was perfect. My husband is picky about his crusts and for some reason used to only like Papa John's crust but he does like this crust.We will definitely be back. They have several options that I really want to try now!The cinnamon bread was a pleasant surprise. It's a circle and not a rectangle. We both thought that was fascinating, random comment, I know, but fascinating none the less.

Ok after trying american pizza. I will never order pizza any where else. 1 doller extra toppings. Big pizza and awsome wings. Big brand pizza with skimpy toppings and double the price pffft. No were going american pizza. If you havent ordered american pizza your getting ripped off. Do it you won't be disappointed. ??

We ordered for delivery, not a large order or anything. We were told 30 minutes, waited an hour and a half. The food was lukewarm at best. It did taste good, though. The garlic parm wings were great. Good food, slow service.

The service was horrible. I waited in line for my order for 30 minutes and I was 2nd in line just to say screw it and pulled out to go to LC and there line was backed up too. So I decided to go back to AP just to see that the same vehicle that I was 2nd in line too was still sitting at the window. After all that I went inside cause the lobby was empty. There was a Uber driver waiting on their customer order and AP messed up. The AP worker was getting agitated cause they were clearly backed up in their orders. I still been waiting 45 minutes now. Uber driver left cause she didn't want to deal with AP. So I was great, finally I can get my pizza but nope again. The AP guys (3) were running around like chickens with their heads cut off cause the phone was ringing, the vehicle I was waiting still sitting at the drive thru window, AP guy arguing with a customer on the phone and just to see him cough all over his hands and went back to making pizzas. The AP guy didn't even wash his hands. So I wasted a hour and 10 minutes for nothing cause I never got my order and especially after I seen him cough all over his hands and went back to making pizza.
Uncomfortable Truth
By far one of the best managed facilities Ive found in all of Shawnee. With every restaurant, sometimes people make mistakes, and that's expected. What you don't expect, is a manager to hand-deliver your food to you and then offer you some compensation on top of that, because he cherishes his customers, and wants to correct the wrong.Simo is a great guy, he was wanting to make it right, above and beyond customer service. A great manager in my eyes!The food is ALWAYS on point, and I think it's the best pizza in shawnee. Period. I also get gyros, and they're always on point also.5 stars all around for me! Great people, great food, and great hospitality! Exactly how a business should run!! That's what keeps the customers coming back.

Was going to get dinner from this place since we are regulars but things have changed for the worse. This was 12/27/2020. We Used to get good food and decent service. Won't be back. The guy that took the order sounded like he was on something when my wife made the order. I call back to speak to the manager/ owner about it and I got the same guy that took the order that definitely sounded impaired and the owner was heard on the phone yelling saying I won't take the phone I'm too busy. Worst customer service we've ever had.

Absolutely the best pizza in town. Very reasonably priced with a great menu full of delicious choices. It is a great place for family dining. Casual and friendly atmosphere. It'll be a place you will return and eat again and again.
