Food and service has went wayyyy down hill. The servers are extremely slow with attitudes. And the food also got way slower and never make it as asked for. Food and service used to be really good about a year ago. I am a regular and about done coming here if it get worse.

We go here a lot. I give them five stars a lot but today was probably the third time they either didn’t give me two different flavors like I ordered OR they dip all 12 wings in both sauces.

Got seated immediately but there was a wait getting food. We were given to go cups instead of glasses, when it seemed everyone else sitting in got a clear cup. There was a table of workers who were just sitting there talking but soon disappeared and were never to be seen again. Besides two people (I am assuming the servers), the rest were sitting down talking amongst themselves while a bunch of tables were dirty. One of the two workers I could see was the only one cleaning up the tables. The wait times between getting our drinks, and our food was super long. Not sure if if I will be returning to this location. The BWW in OKC has better customer service and are way busier.

6 workers, there no one else there eating just us 2 ,waited 8 minutes to be seated. we ordered and waited around 10 minutes for our drinks to be refilled even though the workers were chatting and looked at me with a empty cup and continued talking to her co workers. she finally refilled my drink when the food was ready ranch was spilled all over my wings instead of in the cup and waited another 10 minutes for our cups to get filled again. waited around 25 minutes for her to bring us our check when we left no one said anything. The tables were all gross including the ones we were sat at our food was ok but not worth the price they are charging safe to say we will not be back .

Terrible service! it took them over an hour before they even took our order and another hour went by and still didn’t receive our food. finally we just left but it was ridiculous! Terrible place to be at!

We ordered take out, said the order would be ready at 8:20, it was not! 9:00 pm I received my order. I made sure my food was correct and left. Got back to my hotel 3 minutes down the road and my food is cold! Very disappointed and unsatisfied. The food wasn’t even placed in a size appropriate container. Please do better!

I can't rate the food, because we didn't get any. All 8 servers were sitting down. 6 at one table, 2 on the bench. We were seated. After several minutes, I pulled out my phone and called the location. Told the young man I was sitting a booth, and if he could send a server over to bring some waters at least. And not one of them moved or disengaged from their conversation. As they were all staring at us, we got up to leave and asked for the manager as we were leaving. He proceeded to apologize and offered free food. They need to get servers who actually want to be there and work.

Best drink and waitress, and food ive had here in a long time. Kudos to the bartender, waitress and cooks. I talked to the manager and you should try BWW again if you haven't in awhile!!

Absolutely had a BLAST on Valentine's Day. We went in around 7 and it was pretty busy so we went to the bar side and there was only 1 server. She was busting her hump and MOVING those tables. The male bartender was in a great mood and singing along to the songs playing and then...he busted out the karaoke!!! No one wanted to get up and sing aside from him so after my drink, I got up and sang "Harper Valley PTA" The entire staff cheered me on and it was simply AMAZING! We frequently visit this establishment but this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at BWW!! A must go! Shout out again to our amazing server. I don't know her name but her make up was SUPER cute and she was amazing and unlike the other tables, we tipped her accordingly. ❤️

Get it together Shawnee food service

It's 3 pm on a friday, no employees in the lobby. One host whos also serving. Took me 15 minutes to pick up my Togo order. It's slow so I figured I'd get my food faster but there wasn't enough help to handle three tables and one person picking up their order. Huh? Whaaaaat? If you Order through the app when they're busy, good luck getting your food. 1/13/23 update: I've had 2 doordash orders missing extra sauce on the side. They completely ignore the peripheral items on an order. Managers, please.. get your employees to care. Incentivize them. This Bdubs does not have it together.
