The food was good, the chicken was the most impressive...the flavor was so explosive and delicious. I just don't understand why you serve prosciutto and Genoa with cheddar and not Italian cheeses like provolone. I would like to see some rotation of your staple items on the buffet. The rice, lobster bisque, tilapia, (think Chicken Piccata or Marsala.). Maybe, rotate with some different kinds of rice, baby bakers, different chowders, and lentil soups.I skipped a lot on my second visit because it was boring, bland. And redundant.The service was great ? we will be back.Expect to spend about $100 apiece for a satisfying experience. oh, one more thing... Having affordable wine was a nice courtesy for us average guys with humble budgets. THANKS,See ya soon!Vegetarian options: I wish you had sushi without fish. I'm allergic to fish but love to eat sushi!

Food was (as always) AMAHZING. If you haven't tried it before, ask for the pineapple, it is such a wonderful treat. All the meat tasted amazing, and their salad bar is jam packed with excellent options.
This is the second time we came here. We had a nice quiet table with Sara as our waitress. Though she was good, she tends to talk too fast. Most of the time, we didn't know what she was saying. The salad bar was awesome. The desserts were awesome BUT our only complaints was that the meats are always too SALTY! A lot of the side dishes were too salty as well. I don't think we'll be back.

Service is atrocious!! We had to wait 30 minutes for our meat to get out. Our “meat server was super rude”!! NEVER AGAIN!! So if your sever speaks rudely to you & you say something about it, you get kicked out of the restaurant?

Went for a bday party with friends. Took 30 minutes for meat to come out and the server was outright rude and didn't expect us to hear everything he was saying. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The family and I visited for my sons birthday last night. I called two weeks in advance for reservations. They were well aware our party was going to be 6-8 people, which only 6 showed. One of our daughters has a job that requires her to leave in a moments notice, so I couldn’t completely confirm 8 people would be there, and I told them that. When we arrived, they sat us at two round tables that had been pushed together leaving a rather large gap between people, and on top of that, they had these tables set up right in the main entrance walk-way directly in front of the salad bar. Needless to say, any conversation we attempted to have with each other was pointless due to the massive traffic and excessive noise. In addition, all of the food was mediocre, and the lamb tasted horrible. Two of us ate from the same skewer and agreed it had a fishy taste. We couldn’t even eat it. The ticket with drinks, dessert, and tip was well over $400. Sarcastically speaking, we did have a bonus; not long after eating we went downstairs to play for awhile, but 3 out of 6 spent their time in the bathroom with upset stomachs. The Flame Brazilian will not be getting any more money from me.
I am a frequent customer and I was very displeased with the lack of service received during this visit. We were seated next to the bar and were ignored for the first 20 minutes we were there. It started off standing at the unoccupied hostess station waiting to be seated. I had a reservation as well. The hostess finally comes out from behind the wall of the seating area and says “ oh, sorry”. Then we were seated in plain sight near the bar and did not meet our waitress until we were almost finished eating. Luckily we had the light dinner which consisted of the salad bar. If we had wanted the full dinner I feel we would have had to wait 30 minutes before meat was offered. This is a great place but very inconsistent. Seems like poor management to me. Extremely disappointed.

Food was great overall, but the meat service was extremely slow. We were there over an hour, and only got offered 3 of the selections. We had to contact the server, 3 times, to remind them we hadn't been offered meat, and we were there over an hour.
Our server, Sarah, was friendly and knowledgeable. She did her job well. We sat at the table by the kitchen entrance and heard, “Corner.” “Corner.” “Corner.” “Corner,” during the whole meal. It became comical but was annoying. We especially enjoyed the filet, but our favorite was the fried banana with cinnamon. We will recommend to friends to try and be back. It was a fun experience.
