I call ahead and pizza is ready in the 10 minutes it takes me to come pick it up. Hot, fresh and gooey stringy cheese like I love it. Crust, sauce and cheese are perfection. Who knew the best pizza place in Shawnee operated out of a Love's Convenience Store? I just love, love, love Godfather's Express Pizza! Pun intended!!

Godfathers has always had good pizza since my first experience with it in 1982. Even though this is a Love's convenient store and sold by the slice, it's worth eating even if it's been under the heat lamp for 6hrs. Of course it's loads better fresh, but how many pizza places do you know of that you can you buy slice that's been working on its tan under the same kind of lamp for 6hrs where the first to last bite is like eating a leather belt? Exactly.
