Kennedy is right there if anything is wrong, she makes it right. I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie at the bar. She always remembers what I order and brings it to me. We love the garage and they go above and beyond to make things right.

I actually ordered a to go order. I’ve never had a problem before but today when the Dasher arrived he was given the wrong order and didn’t realize it until he brought it to my house. I called Chili’s and the man whose order I received was there to get his order. Chili’s remade his order and promised to remake mine. Two hours later I received my order. It was cold, all of it, except the ice cream which was melted as was the ice in the drinks. Shame on you Chili’s for sending old food out!!! What a great Mother’s Day for me.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Service from waitress was fine but she & the hostess continually referred to us as ‘you guys’. Husband had salmon which was OK. My entree Explosion Chicken Quesadilla Salad was not freshly made. Chicken & quesadilla were cold. Lettuce was old. Worse part was when my husband had ranch dressing spilled down his back and in his hair while clearing the table behind him. Lots of apologies from manager but our meal should have been comped or at least paid for shirt cleaning. Not a pleasant meal.

Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.

After 10:00 we knew we were not going to get a text since you close at 10. On my husband’s phone it said we were still 5th in line after 10:00. We went and ate somewhere else. This was the worst service we have ever had anywhere. To forget to text customers that you took their numbers and told to wait for a text is the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
