The food is quite good, and the staff and female managers, particularly Jamie and Lindsay are top notch. I would have given the atmosphere 4 stars, but there is a male management team member who is quite patronizing, passive-aggressive and frequently verbally abusive with the younger and female employees. There is definitely something wrong with this guy. I've seen the same behavior on multiple visits. He clearly doesn't have the personality or management skills to be doing what he's doing. I certainly would not want to work there when he's there, and I'm considering not eating there either!

Salads are flavorful and delicious, and the tea is always tasty and fresh. Even during the busy lunch time, service was fast, and the employees were happy to help or answer questions. It's definitely a great spot for a tasty meal.

Out of town and looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite for lunch. My friend from the area suggested we try this McAlisters Deli location. I've had it in the past in other parts of Oklahoma and remembered it being pretty flavorful and fresh. This however wasn't the case for this location. Though the customer service from the cashier was polite and warm, both of our sandwhich were cold the moment they were delivered to our table and we bit into them. Mine lacked a good amount of meat and my friend's soup had a hair in it. I'm not sure will be coming back to this location specifically but will continue to support McAlisters Deli.
I love the food, and their sweet tea is excellent.

I love McAllisters. My family does. But when you advertise 99 cent kid meals, EXCEPT pizza, but don't state that the kids pizza is $4 more, that's not okay, that's not good customer service and it's not good business practice. Your employees couldn't even show me where it STATES that kid pizzas are not 99 cents like the others. And especially in this economy, this inflation period, it's really sad. Not to mention the teenagers at the front with their snotty attitudes when I ask about prices, . Do better McAllisters, do better.
