Set waiting in the drive thru waiting area on hashbrowns. Took 12 minutes. Everyone else pulling up to the window, getting their order and going on. I was still waiting. Terrible service. Could do better!
Specifically the location on Kickapoo. It has been very up and down in service lately. The last time I was in the drive thru they forgot my drinks and shut the window before I could say anything. When the manager finally came to the window he acted as if it were my fault with an attitude to say "what do you want me to do about it?"
