Stood in line for 14 minutes before someone took my order. Four staff members on duty. The 3 women were arguing. The manger stood around and watched and stared but never helped do anything. Drive thru was backed up and the lobby was busy. Several people left b/c no one would wait on them. Lobby area was dirty. I love Popeyes chicken but this location is terrible! Corporate needs to do something about this!!

Waited 10 minutes behind 3 cars to order. 2 of the cars left. When I got to menu/order waited 5 minutes, no one asked for order. I drive to the window and waited 5 minutes and then finally someone came to window. I told them I waited and no one came on so I came to window. Before I could finish my sentence, he slammed the window shut. When he returned, he said he could not take orders at window. I would have to drive around, and before he finished, I said I would go somewhere else!

The young lady working the counter (Abby) is amazing!The manager however seems to not know anything about managing or good safety. She (pictured) was staring at the wall for a good 2 minutes straight. Then ate some food in the kitchen and proceeded to lick her fingers, did not wash her hands. Then she started picking at her ears, inhaling her finger into her ear, then another bite, then licking fingers again! Still not washing her hands after all this! So disgusting! We ate here on Saturday, March 30 at 5:30PM. We were in town for a sporting event and thought we would enjoy Popeyes since we don’t have it in our hometown, but it wasn’t enjoyable because of this.

I lost my appetite here! The female manager on duty at 5:50pm on 3/30/2024 was eating behind the counter licked fingers and did not wash hands. The manager allowed off duty employees to get their own food and eat behind the counter.Later the female manager put fingers in ears rubbed fingers together and went to the food without washing hands.It was a disappointment disgusting time- we drive almost an hour just for Popeyes- never again at this location.The front cashier Abby is hard working and pleasant! Other than Abby I have nothing good to say about this location.

Avoid this location at all cost!! Worst Service ever with the manager! The male manager that worked the evening of 3/22/24 is horrible! He didnt want to fix their mistake on our order. He wanted us to pay extra to fix our order. Finally brings us an order of fries and when we got home he had spit in them. This is uncalled for!

The tornado may have given them a reason to make the outside look new but the service is still lacking. I walked in and had to greet them. All I got was a stare.Fries were old. Chicken was old and tinyPros... The lobby was clean and it is surrounded by other good places to dine.Other Popeye's locations have set the bar much higher.
Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and never got to even order. They were seriously slacking. This is fast food. It was 4:00pm so no lunch rush, no dinner rush. Everyone behind us pulled off due to how long we all had to sit and wait for nothing.For it not to be busy we should not have waited that long. I’m okay with waiting when it comes to a sit down establishment but this, this was outrageous.

last night 3/13 2024. Chicken thighs are very small. Almost the size of a wing. And they raised their prices. It was 25.00 for 8 piece of chicken. !!?? No sides no drinks. I have never been this disappointed. Popeyes used to be economical. The prices have doubled since they rebuilt. I will never eat there again..!!!

Tea was out. Lady at counter(I think the manager) said tea is out I will make a fresh pot. I said ok and went to table to begin eating. After about 5 minutes I went to counter and she had not made any tea yet. So I went to get coke and it just ran clear. Lady then said they were out of coke. So I had Dr pepper which is not a big deal I just got the feeling they just didn't care. Btw the tea was still not made when I left. The tables were also pretty dirty.
