Fryers down, no one here except our Group of four, over a 30 minute wait for food. Food was good but left off side on endless shrimp. Waited over 25 minutes for second. They went ahead and put another order in we got it to goBill can to $140. We had a $50 gift card a$20 bill and the rest on a Visa. We gave waitress a $20 tip. 10 minutes later waitress came back with paper work. They charged the card $90. It should have been 70. Took another 5 minutes to get that corrected. The service was not very good, to be as nice as possible about it. By the time we finally ordered our drinks, water and coffee only, it took another 15 minutes just to get the drinks. Coffee wasn't even hot. We asked a minimum of 8 times for napkins. From then it took another hour just to get our food. Understand if it was busy. It was 2 in the afternoon, and not crowded by any means. Server Never asked if everything was OK. Had to asked for coffee every single time. 2 of our orders were grossly misrepresented, via pictures on the menu, to actual food served. The Server AND the manager gave excuses, never made it right and charged us anyway. What was supposed to be an enjoyable meal with family turned into a great disappointment. We have no intention or desire to return to the Shawnee location. The manager needs better customer service training.

I ordered the Tuesday special of a lb of snow Crab legs for $20. I didnt like their fried potatoes that came with it. I chose Broccoli for my 1 side. The snow Crab legs were excellent as usual!

The food was good, but my mistake was ordering the surf and turf. The steak was definitely not the best cut, but the flavor was there. Everything else was really good, especially the staff.

Service was great at first, but after we got our appetizers, we waited about an hour for our meal. The server stopped coming to the table frequently after we got our appetizers. We finally saw her coming by, and we were about to ask her to just give us the ticket without the meals when she said it would be right out. Meal wasn't that great, and we had to ask a different server for our ticket as ours disappeared for a while again. This was our second time coming here, and both times were awful service and not very good food. Definitely would not recommend it. Ps. This was between about 2-4 and definitely was not very busy, there were also just two of us.

Oh my god. Hire more servers. Pay employees shame on the owners. These poor employees are run ragged and the customers are waiting upwards of an hour on just getting sat. It's pathetic and reflects very poorly on you as an owner.

Food, tasted subpar to the one in OKC. Service on the other hand, awful. I do not know if they just do not have enough staff, or if they pick specific people to be nicer too, but this is my husband and I's second time here and we have had yet another awful experience. Waited 5 mins to be seated, (which was okay) then almost over an hour waiting on our food when others had already gotten there's, eaten and left. It took us maybe 20 mins to eat and waited another hour for our check and even the waitress to acknowledge us. Not happy at all with this specific location and would rather drive to OKC.

Fantastic food and awesome service as always. The wait time can be long but they text you when your table is ready so you can run to the mall or sit in your vehicle and not be crowded in the waiting area.

The crab not only was good for the third time in a row but it was great tonight shell broke easily meat slid right out and it was delicious. I don’t care for the Mac and cheese.

We waited 30 minutes with a 25 minute told wait time only to find out that the only table they were putting us in was a table that had been there for over an hour and they didn’t have their food. Then we learned they only had 3 waiters. Wow what a manager 3 waiters for the whole restaurant.

Been seeing all the red lobster feast commercials so I was craving a lobster tail, got there at 7 on Saturday the 24th was told a 20-25 minute wait for wife and me , at 8:04 I went inside to see how much longer it would take to be seated , was given a table and noticed about 10-15 tables empty , was placed right by kitchen entrance under a flickering light. As for food was told out of lobster tails after seeing a tank full of them by entrance , I was able to get a “rock lobster “ never heard of that but determined the rock meant that the lobster meat is rock hard and un-flavored. Our waiter Chance was absolutely amazing and delightful , hands down the best waiter we’ve encountered since pandemic. A+ for you Chance. You saved us a not so friendly chat with the manager.
