Tried to order gizzards....they were out.Tried to order another item .....they were out.Tried to order yet another item on the menu ...they were out. After the 3rd attempt to order a menu item and discovering they were out of it too, we gave up and left. We will not be back. No way to run a restaurant. I don't advise anyone to go there. If you do, be sure to ask what they are out of before ordering.

Food was really good. Fried pickles where a little over salted but that happens sometimes. It was fast a d the restaurant was really clean. BUT the girl that look our order was inpatient and needs better customer service skills otherwise it was fantastic

The fish portions was huge. The food tasted amazing, flavored perfectly. I had the red beans and rice as a side and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

There back! Just re-opened under new management after a way too long closure. My wife and I were the only ones in the house being served at around 4-4:30 on Tuesday January 19 2021.Some were starting to go thru the drive theu. In fact, I kind of think folks may be safer eating in restaurants than in their crowded homes! We thoroughly enjoyed their huge battered and fried jumbo shrimp. Give it a 5. Gumbo is a four but on this cold day it was the perfect heat. The service was genuinely interested in making sure you were well pleased with their food. I say, come on out and fill this dining hall and your belly with some good Louisiana style food. I'll come back again. Maybe I'll see you there!

It took a long time to get our food .the corn was cold, and hush puppies were dark outside but diet inside. The fish and shrimp were good but they tell me they are out of the fish sauce after they brought the food! I would not recommend this Samss Southern Eatery to anyone. I will go to the one in OKC next time.

tonight I ordered 70.00 worth of food. they left the fries off of 2 meals . left the sides off the meals. what a joke. this place is going down big time. if u cannot get orders right now do u expect to make it???
