Subway app is always saying that they are out of product and its everything. I went in a few weeks ago 30 mins before close and the shift manager said that they were completely out of bread . I went back in the next day when they opened and magically they had bread . They used to never have issues but since around mid February of 2024 they have been trash. I would avoid this location and just go to the subway at Loves.

There is absolutely no point in even attempting to order online or in the app. I ordered a single 12” sub at 1:00, got there at 1:15. The line was pouring out the door on a Sunday. 1:45 came, a whole 45 minutes after I placed my order and they hadn’t even started my sandwich. I left without my food and counted the $9 as a loss. How ridiculous.Parking: Also ridiculous.

Garlic mayo was super strong. I am game for flavor but too much is over kill. It was so much I could not eat any of it, the rest of tge family was happy with thiers. My choice just was not what I will try again ...

It's gotten a lot better than it use to be. When I first moved to Shawnee this subway was rough. The employees were rude as hell, nasty looking, etc. I now go here 2-3 times a month, more so now with a pregnant wife. But they've really changed things around. I'm impressed.

Went into the old subway tonight and it was PACKED the two guys behind the counter(one with braces and the one with the pony tail) were awesome,they handled orders really well and looked tired as heck but they were dishing out quality sandwiches, I used to hate this store but those two changed my mind about the Harrison location.Will be back guys!

Food was good, lettuce was slightly brown but nothing too bad. Went today for lunch & the lady doing meats was super nice! Had amazing service from her but the manager, Matt, doing veggies was not nice at all. He had a lot of attitude with me & got annoyed that when I asked for extra lettuce & when he only gave me a little I asked for more. Really surprising attitude coming from a manager. Overall, the lady gave the place a good vibe & Matt just ruined it for me in the end.

Subway has really gone downhill. Went in for a sandwich and they have incredibly old lettuce that is transparent or brown, got 3 whole cucumber slices on a 12 inch sandwich, and impatient service from a visibly unhappy "sandwich artist". Same with the spinach, the 3 whole spinach leaves I got were really rough. Would have loved some salt and pepper on top but she was too impatient to hear that request. She probably needed to open more wilted lettuce to serve to the next person in line. Save your money for when Jersey Mike's opens in Shawnee- Subway on Harrison no longer deserves our money or business.

I haven't been there since they changed their menu, almost 2 years. I was having a hard time deciding what to order off of the new menu and mentioned my old order and was told I could still order it, which I did.I drove 4 miles before I stopped to eat and my sandwich was blah. Hardly any oil and vinegar as I couldn't taste it, they failed to cut my foot long and when I unwrapped it the sandwich was no bigger than 2 inches in diameter as they rolled it to tight.

As with many businesses, my experience often varies depending on the attending employee. 2 visits ago, my experience was stellar; however, on my last visit the employee seemingly had no sense of urgency (the line was long and people started walking out), nor did she seem at all friendly or helpful (others in line were commenting). I had my sandwich toasted, but when it came to me, it was almost charred and the ends of the sandwich were dried out and as crisp as croutons.To repeat, this is not my normal experience at this location, so I'll give 4 stars, though my last visit probably deserved a 2. I am optimistic that this was a fluke and that my next trip will be better.
