Chalupa and flat bread weren't cooked at all. The fry bread wasn't grilled at all. Both items were soft and chewy. No thanks. Make the food as advertised. People get chalupas because they're fried and crunchy, I don't care how long the cars behind me have to wait. If the items were made with any consistency and efficiency, a longer wait wouldn't be a problem for most people. Lazy mf. Idc if it's just a lousy taco bell location, you're making food for people. that matters. Selfish. Give a ****. This location has been solid, I'm surprised at this.

Genuinely the best taco bell experience ever, person at the window made me feel welcome and accepted, and sounded upbeat despite the fact it's like 10 pm. I love you. The chicken enchilada burrito was like the ambrosia of the gods, made with love that you could taste. The fact this heavenly experience only cost 10 dollars is astounding and a blessing. I'm considering having my wedding here after this magnificent dinner experience. I didn't even go in I went through the drive through. Felt like fine dining despite it all. Thank you. I love you.

The Taco bell on Harrison in shawnee is pathetic. There is no consistency they either mess your order up or the lea e items out. The weekend and night staff are hot garbage rude and unbeknownst to the day managers they lock up and close during business hours so staff can smoke Marijuana. Mandatory drug testing needs to be done on staff under 21

I go out of my way to go to this one instead of the one on Kickapoo, the night shift is always super nice and they actually pay attention to any changes made to an item :)
