The staff was extremely kind and patient. There were two school buses of student at the same time as my visit and everyone got their food quickly and correctly.

Will not serve professional drivers during evening hours . Doors was locked right in my face was told had order to be in a vehicle .I said my semi does not fit.Thank You Whataburger across the street took my order with out any issues

I love that they have some vegan/vegetarian options!Vegetarian options: The menu seems to favor the vegan diet instead of a vegetarian one, but I will gladly accept any veggies that are given as options!

Ordered in the drive thru went to open my taco it was just lettuce. I went inside and requested a new taco. 6 cars in the drivethru got their food, and a walk in customer came in 8 minutes after I went in to get a new taco even got their food before I ever got a simple taco. When I said something about my wait the lady was rude and said we make the food as it shows up on the screen.. 5 orders were added after I requested a taco.. I will never go to the Shawnee taco bell again I always have nothing but bad service there.

Yeah no. The service here is horrible.Went in cause one of my items was missing and the employee told me cause they ran out of it. Am like why they didint they tell me???? They obviously knew they were out of stock but refused to tell me till i returned. All they had to do was let me know before hand the item was out of stock. Lack of commincation and sucky service
