I have never had a more bland burrito in my life. The only flavor was from the scant portion of red chili sauce. The cheese dip was as funny as water. , and had very little flavor. I asked for Pico de galo, but did not receive any. Service was very slow, I do not believe the prep person could have moved any slower without stopping completely. I was charged for a drink I did not order nor get. The woman working the window was nice.

Bueno in. Shawnee is subpar to be nice. Everyone of them I've been to in other towns, the amount of food was proportion correctly, but not here, and the cleanliness of the bar area for condiments was not good.

Went to the drive through and ordered Muchos Nachos and 5 party tacos. The Muchos Nachos had little to no cheese, or ground beef on them. The Party Tacos had virtually no cheese. I've been to the one in South Oklahoma City on I-240 and it's great, this one in Shawnee sucks, I'll never be back to it. I don't really appreciate spending more than $15 and trusting people to do their jobs and they don't do it. Moral of the story, I should have taken a look at it before I took off from the drive through. Taco Bueno upper management should pay attention to these reviews, they don't look so great for this one in Shawnee, OK.
Sat at speaker for over 10 minutes. Drove to window nobody drove back around someone went inside came back out and said the store was completely empty!

If you plan to go here so expect decent food but the wait is what will get you. I waiting 15 mins un the drive through once I ordered them after I paid I had to pull to the front and then waited another 30 mins maybe more and had to go inside with both my children and wait some more. I understand being busy and everything but please maybe hire more people or staff more people on a busy Friday.

We waited in line for 30 minutes for party burritos and 2 tacos. they forgot one of our drinks too. the food was just thrown into the wrapping and the service was horrible. definitely understaffed too.
