My grandma and I walked up to the stand to see three girls running around and playing one girl proceeded to throw a cup at the two girls that ran into the stand when they realized that they had people coming to order. They proceeded to tell us they were closed and went back to goofing off and playing around 15 minutes earlier than what it says online.

Usually love this place but I’ve been here for an hour waiting on one drink. I was told ten minutes for tapioca and it’s been an hour still no drink. The one girl is in her pjs playing on her phone and she didn’t even notice me standing in line.

My 9 year old daughter and I went here on July 28, 2023 sometime around 4:30P.M. and stood at the counter waiting to order. 2 of the employees working were right there at the counter having a full blown conversation, never once acknowledged us or said anything to us we stood there for about 4-5 minutes while they continued their conversation. At one point a girl walked out from the back and I asked if I was standing at the right spot to order and she said yes and went back to the back while the other 2 girls working in the front still continued to completely ignore us. People began to line up behind us and we were still ignored so we walked off and they immediately acknowledged the other people. So we got back in line and tried to order after those people and once again we were not acknowledged. So we ended up leaving. I did not want to leave a bad review but that was completely rude, unprofessional and no one should have to experience such awful customer service like that.
I've only had two Boba teas from here.But both were very deliciousI had a peach tea with peach bobs and a pomegranate tea with mangoBoba

Boba Peach tea. The best in Shawnee I've had. I also had the fruit mix ice cream with pineapple, sprinkles and M&M on top. Very good. I ate it all before I had a chance to take pictures. Customer service was appropriate. The owner was there today and there was no playing around from the staff.
