Had a Jonesing for some sweet, sweet chicken tenders, Arby's style. So off I went to oak park heights to ease this hunger. What a mistake. I should have known when the disembodied voice at drive through barked "what do you want?" Instead of "welcome to Arby's".It continued to spiral when the disembodied voice couldn't understand that I wanted "chicken tenders" and not the "chicken nuggets" he kept on repeating back to me.....and their tone....well, let's just say that it wasn't the friendly Arby's employee that the commercials lead us to believe work there. Instead i got a really grumpy dude with really dirty nails and an overall lack luster approach to customer service. Everyone has a bad day, I get it, but this wasn't cool.

I gave up. Waiting at the front counter and no one had showed after about 10 minutes. I assumed I was at the wrong place at the wrong time? My order was never taken and I just left

We were enjoying our meal and the tornado sirens went off. The staff followed protocol and pulled us into the back and shut down the store. Most people do not realize all restaurants are supposed to do this to not encourage people to be out in a storm. Of course this did not stop around two dozen people coming through the drive thru and trying to get into the building to get food. ?. The staff remained professional and kept the mood light so my kids would remain relaxed. I think they did a great job!

Stick to what Arby's does best- roast beef. I have yet to try any of their 'specials' that are good much less special. Fish is old tasting and has mayo, not tarter sauce. Cheese sticks are great but are as expensive as a sandwich. Dipping sauce has an odd twang. They got rid of the one thing that made them special - potato cakes, although the spicy spiral fries are good. This location seems to have lots of problems. Half the time the heat or AC is out. And while the building is 'clean', it could use a deep clean. Staff is always polite and helpful.

The service was good and the fries were hot and fresh. That's about the only positive thing I can say about our last visit. The tea tasted off, and the rootbeer wasn't much better. For as much as you spend for 2 people to eat, you'd think the amount of meat on the sandwiches would be bigger. It was what I would expect from a kid's meal. The women's bathroom was filthy. We were there before the typical lunch rush and the only females in sight, so you wouldn't think the bathroom would be that messy. I'll probably go back, hoping this was just an off day, but my expectations won't be very high.

The food at Arby's is always good and the service is usually ok, but the person at the counter yesterday (Sunday) just stared at me when I picked up my food and said thank you. I also don't think they ever clean the dining room. There was trash on the floor, the tables had crumbs on them, and the drink area was a dried-up sticky mess. The condiment machine either doesn't work or has been empty for a week, but there is no sign telling you that. I thought that maybe they had been really busy, but when I left the afore-mentioned person behind the counter was sitting down in plain view of the counter, scrolling on their phone.
Okay I'm so confused with this being one of the most Dead food establishments in Stillwater you'd at least think there equipment would work considering the obvious lack of business. But good luck with your

Awesome Awesome people here. Working great together. I have been new there and it has always been goog experience for me. I'm hungry and they take care of me and everyone else who comes through. They have won me over. Was disappointed that the cheese steak sandwich is gone. REALLY GOOD... I WANT IT BACK. AND THE MAC AND CHEESE ?. NICE portions here at this location. Great place to get a quick sandwich or lunch for a fantastic price with a veterans discount. Arby's beef and cheddar will have your taste buds doing backflips for this tasty meal.
