The best bbq place I’ve ever had.I live over an hour away, and thought they closed.I didn’t know they only changed locations!I’ll be heading back to Stillwater now!
Where do i begin…first off it took 20+ minutes to get my order in drive thru, I ordered the saddle buster, I got a small pile of dry brisket, a small pile of pulled pork, two decent sized ribs, two tiny cornbread bite sized pieces and a good helping of fried soggy okra all for $29.46. In order to find out when my meal was coming to the window, I had to call multiple times to find an eta, because the guy at the window gave me the cliche “it’ll be 5 mins”. Wish my meal was fresher, bet it would have been better, also what was up with those tiny bite sized cornbread pieces? Surely that was put in my order accident, right? First time here, last time here. Longest wait for the biggest letdown to boot.
The food was really good. We had burnt ends, pulled pork, and dirty fries. The building is a neat spot also. The waiter was friendly and the service was prompt but the worker at the counter seemed like she hated her job. Maybe just caught her on a bad day I hope. We'll go back.

I haven't been here in a bit after a bad food experience. Thought I would give it another try remembering how good it used to be. Got our food and the fries were dark brown and cold. I sent mine back but my hubby didn't. There was no offer to replace his fries. When I got my plate and sandwich back, the fries were hot but still really brown. Sandwich was just ok. Brisket on my sandwich was dry and overcooked. Disappointing meal!

Greatly enjoyed the Whiskey Dinner, and will be going back again.If Vernon knows anything, it is definitely the 1-2 combo of whiskey and incredible food. The pairings were perfect, and all was delicious.Cannot wait to enjoy the next one!

Vernon the owner of Bad Brads BBQ host great Bourbon pairing dinners, he also has a great bar and restaurant to have dinner and cocktails. He has access to top shelf Bourbons and has mastered the art of pairing great Bourbons with BBQ. Brad makes his own cask aged cocktails. If you are ever in the Stillwater area, be sure to give Bad Brads a visit. Better yet plan to attend one of his Bourbon pairings with your group. What a fun evening.
Update: Last year they started whiskey dinners at Bad Brad's and they are incredible. I've been to a number of them now and can't wait until the next one. Each one provides a curated grouping of whiskies paired with 4 courses. We aren't talking about menu items. These are special culinary delights made specifically for each dinner. I am constantly amazed at how good these meals are. Vernon does a great job of picking a whiskey theme for each and often has a rep there to answer questions. Check out the events page to find them.Great BBQ and fantastic whiskey bar. We drive up from Edmond for it. It's also our pre or post OSU game location.

Went to one of the Whiskey flight dinners and its was such a great experience, the food was amazing, the menu that Vernon cooks up is unbelievable and the staff is excellent, highly recommend the special events they are putting on or anytime your wanting a great meal or stop in to have have a drink from a wide selections of whiskeys, what a great place!

The food was expensive considering you got a chopped up raw white onion with your plate and they didn’t even give us everything we ordered. Had to as for the rolls that came with our order and also didn’t receive half the meat we paid for. Honestly not great taste either.
