I love Cafe Mona and their staff. They are kind, courteous and provide delicious food and coffee at a very reasonable price. You must try their lattes as they are all delicious, however their Cafe de Olla is the best I have ever had. They serve it hot or iced. This is my go to place to catch up with a friend over coffee or lunch and they recently started serving margaritas and a variety of beers. I assure you, you will fall in love with this place.Kid-friendliness: They offer a wide variety of dishes for children. My kids love the horchata drink.Wheelchair accessibility: There is close handicap parking and easily accessible booths or tables to accommodate wheelchairs.
My five year old needed to use the bathroom (it was an emergency) and it was the closest place by. When we went to use the restroom, they started calling us homeless simply because we needed to use their public restroom. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and unwelcoming. The worker were very hostile and if I ever choose to go out to eat, it will NOT be here. Please reeducate your rude staff. It okay to turn down the general public in to use the bathroom but when it is a 5 year old little girl who needs to use the restroom, have some compassion. Ridiculous. Also your whole building smells like marijuana.

Best pancakes I think I've ever had and husband said the same. Meal is very fairly priced for what you get. Coffee menu is on the pricey side but it was good. The service is great. Everyone is sweet. We'll be back.
