We waited 30 minutes for a drink and it was separated and melted and the customer service was awful. They missed ingredients I had ordered. Awful coffee place.

I was so excited to know that there was a caribou coffee in Oklahoma and in the same town I live in. I do wish there was another one with easier access and open on weekends. The hours and days of business aren't ideal for my schedule.My coffee was delicious though and I will try to go back.

This place is okay but many times my order is wrong. One day, I specifically asked for two bagels, was only given one. Today, I received no whipped cream, chocolate, or marshmallows on my campfire mocha. I also specifically asked for a chocolate donut but never got it. I'm really mad about this experience because I pay too much for coffee to ALSO get it not blended correctly. I also work in food service and don't understand the lack of comprehension here.

Service was pretty quick despite being the peak hours of lunch. Was surprised to know that there are no taxes on coffee in Student Union. I ordered the medium sized hot Cappuccino, but was little disappointed with the coffee. I like their quote: 'life is too short...stay awake for it'. They do see tea latte, it is a hot, sweet beverage, but no where closed to the tea latte found in Asian countries...

I bought a chai tea latte a few days ago and asked for oatmilk instead of real milk. They didn’t substitute it, and I thought it was just a mistake. I ordered another latte today and received a side of oatmeal that I did not order. I’m going to assume that my drink is made with real milk, which I can’t have, due to being lactose intolerant.

Smiling staff, Best Dark chocolate Hot Mocha in town and generally good coffee overall - I like this better than Aspen (Which I think is kinda overrated). Highly recommended - Ask for the chocolate covered espresso beans on the mocha!

This is located in the Student Union at OSU so you will have to pay for parking at the visitor's parking lot. The food was extremely greasy.
