My friends and I have been coming here since they opened. The food has always been good and so has the service. Lately though, the service has been lacking. Literally had our waiter walk over to us, look at our table turn immediately and walk away before we could even get a word out. Our chip basket was empty and so were our drinks. Our waiter immediately went to the other side of restaurant and sat down at a table. The man in charge walks over and we said our service was lacking and in a very condescending tone said you want another drink....not taking our complaint about our waiter seriously. He thought he was being a charmer to two women but his arrogance said otherwise. . I will never visit this establishment again knowing that these individuals could care less and especially when a man thinks he can charm a lady with his arrogance and condescending tone. Also check their health score....64/100. That says it all!

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve found in Stillwater. The enchiladas were great, the salad was fresh and packaged separately from the main food itself which was great, several places tend to just throw it on top of the enchiladas in the carry out containers, some of the best fajitas and hands down the best queso I have found in the town so far.

The food was very flavorful. I had a skillet with chicken, steak, veggies, rice, drizzled with queso. Our food was delivered before the queso appetizer which was odd because its queso. The tropical margarita was good and stout. The margarita flights were okay.

I really loved this restaurant! Our server was very nice and quickly got our stuff to us. The salsa was delicious; it had a lot of cilantro and little bit of spice.

Had a late lunch at Chico's Mexican Cantina & Grill this afternoon. The food was good, but the service was atrocious. And I went in just after 2:00, so it was the end of the lunch rush. Eduardo G was my server (according to the receipt). It took him about 10 minutes to take my order. He delivered my iced tea a couple of minutes later but no silverware, straw, chips or salsa. He left before I could ask for those items. Another server -- a woman -- delivered my meal, and I had to ask her for silverware, etc. She apologized nicely and brought me them, but again, another wait. While my meal was cooling. The $2 upcharge for shrimp on my quesadilla was not listed on the menu nor mentioned by anyone. Getting a refill on my drink took forever as well -- and did I mention I was seated right next to the kitchen?!? It takes ... something ... to ignore a customer so blatantly. As I said, the food was good, but I won't be returning anytime soon.

Delicious. I do wish you had Charro beans and black beans as a choice of beans. Polenta would be a nice side to choose also. A Hawaiian quesadillo w/shrimp, pineapple, etc. would be an awesome addition to your menu! Chicos is now my favorite Mexican food restaurant now!
