Eh, workers seemed overworked, they need to hire more waiters and bartenders in Stillwater. I hear they treat their employees very poorly. Food and drinks were overpriced, but it was good enough to eat. Will not be back though

Amazing place for breakfast, brunch and lunch (open until 4pm). In downtown Stillwater by the roundabout. Always packed, and for good reason! Fast, friendly service and great food you won't find anywhere else. Lots of omelets, a million pancake flavors, soups and sandwiches, healthy and tasty options. A full bar (as far as I can tell) also. An online waitlist is available. You can also sit at the bar to watch all the kitchen and bar action. We went once to try it out, and now it's our go-to every weekend. The atmosphere is something I would expect in a fancy downtown area, especially around here. Can hold a lot of people in booths, tables, and bar seating. Outside seating available on good weather days.

I was in town for The Mid South gravel race and stumbled onto this place after an early morning group ride. (At the time, I didn't know that the event featured Hatch as a place to eat while in town.) I LOVE THE FOOD HERE! I ate a simple but great breakfast here. Their "hashbrown" balls are incredible. But it wasn't just the food I enjoyed; their staff was friendly and upbeat, a sorely missed quality you can't find where I'm from in California! I can't wait to come back and eat here when I return for next year's Mid South gravel race event!!!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but unfortunately due to a couple glitches with gluten I cannot.I will start by saying that they have fantastic customer service here. Everyone from the hosts up front, the servers, the managers and the bartenders are all friendly and go out of their way to make sure you like your food and your experience.I've had a solo experience where everyone took extra good care of me. I've had a large group of twelve experience where they had us served in under an hour. I've had a couple group experiences that took an average time and still the staff was nice and friendly. The menu has all sorts of options that are different and elevated from the typical breakfast/lunch menu. For instance, I never knew grits could taste so amazingly good or that oatmeal could be extra appealing. Everything I have tasted so far has been good and everything I have looked at on friends plates also looks amazingly good. Now they do offer gluten free items but getting them to be actually gluten free has not yet been an experience. I have had two experiences with friends who cannot have gluten. The first experience they went out of the way to assure the pancakes were gluten free adn prepared in separate dishes but gave us a regular very glutenny hamburger bun. Even when we ask if they were sure it was gluten free because the bun looked way to delicious. If you have ever tried gluten free you will know that it is no where near as tasty as gluten and it has a different look. The second time we ordered the same thing. The bun was most definitely different. It was some sad looking slices of bread that were dense and very believable to be gluten free. The pancakes were marked with a toothpick to indicate gluten free also. My friend was feeling the symptoms within 30 minutes of eating the meal and it lasted for 4 days after.I am fortunate enough to not be gluten sensitive in this way, but I have witnessed my friend go through this and it looks painful. While Hatch does offer gluten free options, if you are in the category of people who are sensitive or allergic I would recommend getting items that don't contain any gluten whatsoever. Also note that their delicious hashbrown tumblers do contain gluten.

I rarely write a review, but thought that some feedback would be a good idea. First of all, I want to say that the staff at this place was so friendly and lovely and they were absolutely slammed when we went into eat so I just want to give them a lot of appreciation—they were working hard.On the menu, I was really excited to see that you could sub tofu for eggs on any egg dish and make it vegan. My server seemed to understand that I was wanting a vegan dish because she informed me that the hashbrowns had dairy and asked me what I wanted to substitute them with. I ordered black beans which I love. When they brought out my food there was cheese on the beans and the hashbrowns, a salad with cheese on it and an egg omelette, not a tofu scramble. So I let them know, I ordered the tofu substitution. they brought out the same omelet with 4 peices of tofu in it. I told them I ordered the tofu as an egg substitution. They brought my dish back again but took the hashbrowns off, they put the omelet veggies in a small bowl with the 4 small cubes of tofu, whahhhhh???? The salad still had cheese on it and so did the beans. At this point it had taken so long. And I realized they don't know how to sub tofu for egg and make a tofu scramble. I was really disappointed. Also hungry.I think it's amazing when places offer vegan substitutions, but they need to know how to make those substitutions happen. If you are a vegan eating here, make sure you are very specific about what you want. It was really busy when we were in there and we had a lot of different people waiting on us I feel like we just got a bit lost in the shuffle.I really liked this place, the people working there were incredibly nice and I think they can probably figure this out if I come back next year when I'm back in town. I'd be excited if they did because I still wish i could have had that proper tofu scramble!Vegetarian options: There are vegan options but guidance is needed on execution. Vegan customers must be very rare here.

Food was ok. Not Vegan or dietary restriction friendly. Told the person who took my order that I have a dairy allergy, my food came with cheese on it. I was able to scrape it off and I asked for additional avocado to replace the stuff I scraped off. A manager came by and checked on us. They brought some fruit to replace the arugula that came with cheese on it. I was surprised when the manager did offer to comp the food they messed up. I work in service and it would’ve been the second thing I do after getting the customer a new meal. The tofu was also not good… My partner did enjoy their meal. Overall ok experience, don’t plan on coming back. :/Dietary restrictions: Very limited…

I came here to pickup a to go order. When I arrived, I told one of the workers the order name. She said she would check on it. So I sat down and waited. Nothing. 10 mins later I told another worker the order name who said they’d check on it. Nothing. Another 10 mins goes by and I tell another worker. They say the same thing. “I’ll check on it.” Once again, nothing. So at this point I am very irritated and annoyed. Another 10 goes by and I am so frustrated. I tell another worker who says the same exact thing!!! This time I say “everyone has told me the exact same thing and hasn’t come back.” She actually comes back and tells me the order is being packed. Cool I guess. One of the male workers from earlier finally comes back and says “she’s stapling it, there’s no line this time” um ok. A few mins later I finally receive the order. The customer service here is trash. Do better.

We were in town for Mid South and swung in very hungry the morning after the ride. This place did not disappoint! The food was outstanding! Our server Vincent was so friendly and attentive! I HIGHLY recommend eating here if you're in the area. They even provided all athletes with a free starter coupon!! Thank you Hatch, you guys rock!

This is a new local staple for downtown Stillwater. The management is on top of everything here. The food comes out delicious and plates beautifully. The staff is very friendly. They have lots of seating, including some outdoors. Go enjoy a bite! You won't be disappointed.
