I ordered online and it was taking longer than normal for the delivery (over an hour). Called and manager was super nice and apologized and made it right.

Ordered a sandwich at 10:53am at 12:20pm started to call the store to cancel- hung up on about 18 times - finally asked for the manager and he told me there are only 2 people working driver was late all sorts of things. I just said to cancel because I had an appointment and waiting on it was going way over my lunch hour.Wish I could say this was the first time - but I thought maybe the other ones were just an anomalie - wil not try again. Sad - I know they are no longer freakishly fast but rude and slow is a bad idea. And don't hang up on people repeatedly when they call- bad form

The issues with this location are not with the staff, it's with whomever manages the location. The location has essentially no staff meaning deliveries and orders back up. I honestly try not to order from their location because every time I do there's only one guy behind the counter frantically trying to make orders and take orders at the register. A lot of the time they only have one delivery person working and they've got to do a lot of batch deliveries. For location right off campus the employee levels here are not sufficient in any respect.

If you want to order food to be delivered, don't order from Jimmy John's. I ordered online and it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get my lunch delivered. I called twice to check on the order. Both times I was told that the order was out for delivery. Reminder to self don't forget too bring your lunch.

I made an order through the app and an hour goes by, no sandwich so I call and they said sorry we’ll send it right out. When I do get it, they forgot my chips so I call back, the guy who answered apologized and said my meal was on them that night and I’d be issued a refund. Two weeks later bo refund so I call back, more apologies and again the assurance I’ll get it soon. Weeks go by still no refund. Call again same deal. That was 5 months ago and still no refund. The most irritating thing is not the bad service, is that they lied. The other location isn’t much better but better than this one.

I thought JJ's whole business model was delivery. Turns out, if you order on the wrong day, they just don't deliver. Pizza is a much better value, anyway.

This is my 2nd google review ever and its also for another JJ location. I had an issue with the JJ on Main in Stillwater which will be explained below. I called the location on Washington and talk to a gentleman in which I explained the situation. He said he would have their district manager call me. 1 hour later, I called back to say I had not heard from anyone. He then said, well he is probably busy. I said okay, can you give me the number to corporate? He said he did not know that phone number. I then asked for his name in which he stated he was not comfortable giving that to me. I said do you not want to give it to me because when I talk to your corporate, I am letting them know you refused to give me their number? He hung up on me.Why I even called the JJ above. I ordered 4 meals for delivery from the Jimmy John's in Stillwater, 602 N Main St. One of the sandwiches was missing so I called up there to have them bring it. No big deal, it happens. Well...when I called Morgan answered. I explained to her our delivery was missing a sandwich she acted very annoyed and said "LOVELY". I give her the information and she says very hateful "I know for a fact that sandwich was in that box because I packed that box and it was missing so I had them remake it". Stunned I replied with the same hateful tone that I unpacked the box and the sandwich is indeed not here, why would I call and say the drink/chips are here but no sandwich? She then tells me there is nothing she can do because she knows it was in there. After letting her know that was unacceptable she said when the delivery driver gets back, she will have him bring another one but it will be awhile because she is not sending another driver since the one who delivered is familiar with where it was delivered? It has now been 2 hour later, no sandwich.

while the service and the prices were good, I got 2-3 pieces of ham on a 12 inch hoagie. This is absolutely ridiculous as the loaves are huge. what did I pay money for?

The food is always good when it is made right. I have had most of my orders made incorrectly which can be a hassle, but they are always willing to remake the order. Sometimes they close before 10 so I would call before ordering late at night.

Ordered 24 box lunches from this location on Saturday and when my employees called to check in and see if the order was ready, they told her they didn't have an order. She called both locations in Stillwater just to be sure and when she called they hung up on her twice. I called to see why they didn't have the order and the employee called me a liar and hung up on me. When they told my employees that they didn't have the food they had to order elsewhere and then ten minutes later I get a call that my order is ready.

I order a lot from JJ this one particularly because they deliver on campus for cheap. I have never felt compelled to leave a review until today. I went through pickup this time on my way to work and they forgot my chips. I plan out all my meals the day before so this does cause some struggle as I’m reaching certain macros and calories. I called and asked if they could just reimburse me no biggie. The guy offered to have them bring them to me. He was so nice and felt bad about me not having my chips. Because this fixed my daily intake delinks I took him up on the offer. It’s a bag of chips they didn’t have to do that but they did and that’s great caring about your customers.
