The wait staff was so pleasant and kind. The food was hot and tasty, and the atmosphere was welcoming and cheerful. Good service, attention to cleanliness, and portion sizes. Prices are steep, but that's a consistent feature of this restaurant chain.

Service was great but for the price, the food was disappointing. Ordered the 5 cheese ziti and the cheese on top was burnt and hard and the noodles underneath weren’t fully cooked and were swimming in grease.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The server was not that great, he messed up drink orders, food orders, for got multiple request for bread and drink refills and in general just seemed confused. The food was ok, but again receive wrong plates and took a bit of time to correct mistake. Personal not impressed.
