Cinnamon roll was hard, dried out and stale, the frosting crumbled and fell off.I have had 5 day old cinnamon rolls from Walmart that were better than this nasty rock. Absolutely discussing product from Panera..? Threw it in the trash after two bites.This was the second time having ordered the cinnamon roll. Sure won't be a third time

This was a great option for lunch! So many wonderful things to choose from, even if you have dietary restrictions.Parking: I wish the parking lot was bigger because it's always full, but the restaurant is always busy.
I ordered a sandwich that had Gouda cheese on it and they were out so I ordered the chicken salad. They must have been scraping the bottom of the barrel because it had everything but chicken. Grapes mainly.

Was served by a somewhat pushy cashier. Food was blah, soup wasn't hot, it was mildly warm. Bread was hard as a rock on the sandwich. Not much flavor to any of it. Small portions for overpriced food. Dirty tables. Coffee was burnt tasting. We ate while listening to the staff, singing loudly and obnoxiously about it being time to go home in a weird country voice. I don't know what is going on in here but won't be back. ?

I recently went through the drive through of you're still water oklahoma location. First, somebody needs to teach Tiffany How to make a latte. You do not make a latte with water. I got a pic 2 sandwich and broccoli cheddar mac and cheese $9.99 for sandwich and $5.99 for the mac and cheese but charged me $6.79 for a small plain mac and cheese. Tiffany was not helpful or very courteous. I got 2 cookies and was charged 1.70 for 1 and 3.39 for the second one. Terrible experience and I will not be back
Messed up our whole order! We didn’t get what we ordered. We got someone else’s order. We ordered our meal with egg white and no cheese because we have food restriction and we got different meal with cheese and regular eggs.

I ordered through the mobile app for delivery and it was taken to the wrong apartment. Although it’s through a third party (doordash) Barry (I believe was his name) was more than helpful with getting in touch with them to have my order sent out to me again and made my experience much better, he deserves the recognition!

I recently stopped by Panera Bread for a late lunch and a bit of work on my computer. The staff was friendly, which added a pleasant touch to the experience. However, there was a minor disturbance - an iPad behind the counter kept going off with an alarm sound. It was a bit distracting, as "Errr err err" echoed in the background for at least five minutes before an employee nonchalantly approached and hit the snooze button. This went on repeatedly, over and over and over…On a brighter note, I must say the broccoli cheddar soup was absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend pairing it with a baguette for that perfect dunking experience. Despite the minor inconvenience, the meal was tasty.
