Went yesterday for lunch the service wasn't that great in the drive thru and the fries tasted stale so after ordering an extra side of fries I eneded up throwing them out anyways! Disappointed cause im a frequent canes lover but not so much this

Because of the attitude of the black girl at window this morning and the blonde girl filling up tea wearing glasses, I will score this location low. The fact y’all gave attitude towards me for taking 15 mins for a combo, only to make it incomplete, then for me to drive back to address the error on y’all’s part, and get attitude again, even after the mess up on my food, nah I give the lowest score. I’ll try out y’all’s competitor. Shame.

Waited for 30+ minutes in the curbside spots for our food. Several other curbside customers had to go inside to get theirs but I wasn't dressed to go inside. Decided to go through the drive through and the lady giving me my food was so rude and short with me even though I never brought up having to wait or anything. So disappointed as someone who loves this chain, but these type of employees are so ridiculous

I did a mobile order for curbside pickup and waiting in the designated parking spot for almost 15 minutes before I finally got out my car to find my order on the pick up shelf what’s the point in telling a customer to wait in their car if you aren’t going to bring the order to them as the app
