If you've not been to the Rib Crip in Stillwater in a while, you need come back and enjoy some good food. I'm not sure what they did different but it was truly enjoyable.

Would have been faster to drive to the crib in Ponca City. Took 45 minutes to get our food and it came out wrong. One table got tired of working and left. And they were out of many items.

We went for my dad (elderly who doesn’t get out) and they ran out of everything he ordered. The waitress came back to ask what he wants since they are out of beans. No pork, no fries, and no baked beans. The worst was when the waitress said “don’t shoot the messenger, you can either substitute or leave”. We got up and left.

Got there and was told it would be 15 min wait. 45 minutes later we were seated. We knew what we wanted right away but still had to go through the whole drinks first, appetizers, etc. They forgot one of our meals and said it was the kitchens fault, but i had to go ask for it... made us late for our appointment.

Did an order to go. They told me it was at least 40 minutes before it would be ready and they were super busy. Got there and it wasn't 30%full? Took my order which included onion rings and baked potato with chicken. Only 5 small onion rings. Potato was dry and chicken hard and dry. Unfortunate that rib crib has lost it's ability to provide great food anymore. I really liked them. Not sure if it's management or what. Hope they get better.
Really had no complaints because my food was great, but 3 weeks after dining in, I'm still upset with the waitress we had. I may not be the smallest woman nor am I the largest nor am I putting down xl waitress but when u ask for something simple & you're seated right next to the grill and she was put out. Sorry that she had 2 to make a few extra steps, which did not hurt her in any way that one could see. Then, she made u feel that you shouldn't or couldn't ask for anything & that we're stupid for ordering a side well it just made us get out asap. Now we tried to ask anyone but our waitress for help, and she just got mad. The food was great the place clean but ....

Usually a great place for Barbecue. Tonight, the service was slow. People were in and out before we were. The food is good. It had the smoky, sticky, sweet flavor I was wanting. I will be back and hope for better service.
