My first time here , won't be the last ! Great chicken sandwich. The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly, helped me decide on the sandwich and chose me a sauce that is off the hook , highly recommend the mango habanero !

Many menu items have been removed that were frequently ordered by my family. They failed to return any contact from their website about the concerns. The family has decided to not return after years of being a customer.

The chicken wraps taste so good but are SO DISAPPOINTING. The 1st bit or 2 has chicken but the rest is always just a lettuce wrap :( over 12 bucks for a fast food chicken meal feels like hwy robbery when it's all lettuce after a bite or 2

Ice machine not cleaned often. It’s not synced with corporate for deals making multiple people spend 60% more that an advertised deal. Seems like even though it’s a newer place, it’s ran like an old beater establishment. Love my slims at home, idk what this is though.

We like that they have a grilled chicken tender option for those in our party who don’t prefer fried tenders. Have substituted fried mushrooms for fries and they are good too. They have two flavors of tea along with sweet and unsweetened tea for those who like tea and always one or two flavors of lemonade. Chicken and waffles are always good!

Ordered a sweet tea and got peach tea, then a slime sauce when I asked for buffalo. All in the same order. How hard is it to repeat an order back to a customer?
My family and I ate here for dinner last night. The service was great. They bring the food out to your table. We ordered Mac n cheese with chicken, chicken wrap, two chicken sandwiches and a large order of fries. The Mac n cheese was ok, not my fav but my daughter liked it. The wrap was good it was grilled, and the chicken sandwiches were good. For the price we may come again. It wasn't terrible. But nothing that is like wow! They have a patio for cool days and a big layout inside for big parties.

Absolutely disappointed, went to slims for a 10 for 10 after 10 meal and 5 minutes in a worker came out and said "it ain't on sale no mo." Gotta be illegal to bait and switch a whole city of college students. Very disappointed, will be returning. False advertising

I ordered two classic meals through the drive thru. It was about twenty bucks, and they only gave us 3 chicken strips, no silverware for mac n cheese, and no straws. I used to eat here a year ago and never had issues. The chicken was dry and tasted old.

The two girls at the front on January 1st. They were very rude to customers. The food is amazing I come here about 3 times a week. But for some reason it is always this girl taking my order and she's very mean about it. When I came up to the counter she didn't say anything at all and just looked at me. When I said my order she kinda gave a sigh. Then this women and her two kids left slims. They said have a great day and then when they were walking out they talked to each other and pointed because at the table because there food was still there. I really like the food but if the customer service is a **** like this again I won't be attending anymore.
