This Caramel ribbon crunch drink is amazing! I got over charged though. The male employee charged me $10. A week later I went to Guthrie and got the same thing. He charged $7 and some change. I went back to the Stillwater location on 6th Street. This time she charged me the same price I was charged in Guthrie. $7 and some change.

The staff wasn’t very friendly, they seemed annoyed we didn’t know what we wanted right away. I also ordered a water and never got one? Being a past Starbucks employee and being from out of state, I was very disappointed.

This Starbucks just blew me out of the water. Hot egg bites, coffee and a ton of whipped cream. The MVPs of Starbucks made my $11 order worth it.

My family loves Starbucks, but this place is a mess. The college kids who work here really are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. None of them were wearing name tags, so I can’t even report who was serving us. Chubby girl, tall, ponytail. It’s a shame too because this location is right on the outskirts of Stillwater, which is a college town. Not a good first impression of Stillwater, and we definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Visiting family in Stillwater area. This is the slowest starbucks I have been to. Dont go if you want a quick coffee. You may find yourself trapped in the drive through line as i am. Each cars order is taking about 5-10 minutes or more. I would avoid.

Such bad customer services skills from gentleman who was working window at 8:30 AM on Thursday, 10/5.Gave me a drink that was leaking everywhere, dripped all over the dash of my expensive car.Went back so that he could correct the action. Offered no apology, did not offer any service recovery plan. Rolled his eyes and handed me my drink.Ruined my morning and caused me to be late to work. I spend 50.00+ a week at this store and he is easily the least friendly cashier I have met here.

Very nice, new store. Staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. Drinks are actually very good, no burnt coffee in your drink. Food is delicious.Only thing, as maybe a few people will agree - Starbucks and their prices. Some days, ughh. But, I love me some coffee!Great Starbucks location, you won't be disappointed.
