They used to use real cheese on their enchiladas and tacos. They recently switched to American cheese. Wtf! They lie and tell you it’s “shredded cheese”, which is not the same as “cheddar cheese”. Switching to cheap, oil based American cheese was a very bad idea. Hope they fix it so we can go back to eating there. If not, I’ll continue to veto this restaurant.

6 bucks for 2 tacos 10 bucks for a torta or burrito. Geez way overpriced. The tacos werent bad but i can get the same quality at another truck for less than half the price

$7 for a bad torta... Ok so, living most of my life in Tulsa until I came here I am more than familiar with Mexican food and $6-$10 for a torta is about normal so that didn't put me off ... The issue came when I got home opened it... Bread (huge roll that was almost empty inside), an extremely small bit of meat, and a tiny bit of melted cheese... I've never had any kind of cheese on a torta but OK, however the issue isn't in what did come on the sandwich, but in what was missing.... I mean seriously lacking in.... Well, everything... Not even lettuce and/or tomato.... I've ordered tortas for years and they all come with the same stuff, your choice of meat, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro and almost always also with refried beans and avocado... Making the cost worth it.... This thing was all bread, and lots and lots of bread ... Not even enough meat to cover the inside of the bread and a bit of melted cheese.... Dry as heck, just enough flavor to tease with memories of the real thing. Not even a bit of onion or cilantro seemed to make it on there. Nor did they put any salsa verde in the bag or even salsa roja to give it some flavor .... Extremely disappointed... Will not be wasting more money here, such a shame considering there are so few places like this... I guess I will just have to continue making my own. And all these fake reviews by the owners and people working there all rating it 5* and no reason why just to push it up isnt doing them any favors as other real reviewer's that have left detailed reasons as to why it was disappointing. Maybe you all should try to put as much effort into the food you pass out instead of relying on fake reviews! Then you wouldn't have to do that. Seems simple enough to make the actual food you serve out to strangers the same as the food you put together to take the pics, with everything on them how they should be.

Just ordered a chicken quesadilla, sigh, I could of gone to taco Bruno and got the same thing. Wasn't what I expected. I will go back and next time tell them more cheese and meat plus maybe some pico or cilantro. I'm just going to open my own place because clearly no one in this town makes REAL MEXICAN FOOD!!!!
