To be honest I have never eaten or drinking a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie I can actually say as a man who does not have anything to his name except for a T-shirt and a pair of jeans they got a manager named Emmanuel that deserves huge praise and kindness for he has actually opened up the doors with me and help me draw my clothes in this pouring rain and I thank God and I I'm so glad that they are still people out there like Emmanuel if I could give 10 Stars I would

This is literally the last time I am ordering form here. First, I was supposed to get a Thai chicken salad but got a sandwich instead. Next, the sandwich was poorly cut, and it was OVERLOADED with dressing to where it was so spicy it made me sick. Next, the banana was super green and unripe I can't even eat it at all! My Peanut Butter smoothie is super watery and not thick enough at all. When I called this place, the lady who answered the phone was unprofessional and did not let me finish talking about my order. The employees and managers here both need to step up their game.

The Tropical Smoothie Cafe is less than a mile from OSU campus. The Cafe was very clean, employees were very friendly and helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to eat. I ended up with the Baja chicken wrap , sweet potatoes and a jetty Smoothie! Let me tell you, it was the best wrap! Highly recommend. Fast and delicious!

This is my go-to place for a quick meal. Always fresh and the smoothies are perfect. Plus you can add in protein and other things for a good source of energy!
Smoothies are always delicious. Love this place. However, sometimes, they are better than others. It's like some of the creators don't measure ingredients correctly or leave out an ingredient.

Limited food options but the smoothies are AMAZING! I recommend the Acai Berry Blast or Mocha Madness. I could live off of those they're so good. They let you customize them however you want and there's plenty of options! They're pricey ($8) but they give you a lot! You'll be drinking it for a day or two.

First time here today and I got the Paradise Point smoothie.I'm sorry to say, I was not impressed and will not be returning.The smoothie needs more flavor. Alot of ice taste. ☹️

The past 4 days in a row I have come through the drive thru and order the exact same thing and they still have not been getting my order correct. Not one time.Peanut butter and strawberry are two different items n flavors. Then the remake is just strawberry smoothie not chia banana boost.

Both girls working were rude the one who took my card, opened the window grabbed my card then handed it back to me without saying a word, then the second girl who made my drink didn’t even look at me, put my drink out the window and was telling the other girl some thing about her using the bathroom probably not something you should say in front of your customers while you’re handing them something they’re going to consume.
