We ordered, 6 (10) piece boneless wings and 6 trays of fries. We paid for delivery. We get our bag and open it and there’s only 3 boxes of 10 piece boneless wings and 3 trays of fries. We call them and they say that they are not able to deliver the other 3 boxes and 3 trays of fries. We go up there to get it (12 minute drive). Get home open the bag up and there’s only 2 boxes and 3 trays of fries. Tried getting ahold of them and no answer. We will never order here again.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Was not told about wait time. Then finally 56 minutes after ordering we got cold incorrect food. AND they won't refund. Stay away peeps. Stay away. Buffalo wild wings better option.

I liked to get classic wings and order online.This place always have my order ready on time and even though you can feel it's a little overpriced, once you see the size of the wings you realize that proce is fair.Only thing I think can be better its the fries since everytime are too salty for me and my family's taste.Staff is nice and attentive!Parking: Parking it's on the small side and shared with other establishment but anyways easy-going!

Food decent it wasn't juicy enough I went there about 1 week ago the place was small not really a lot I at the normal wings aka "basic wings." The service was not fast I had to wait half an hour for my food I ordered 5 normal wings,fries and 5 lemon pepper wings for the fries 90 percent of it was in the bag I don't know how it escaped since it has a protection things. I would consider rating this place "mid" this wasn't decent it was below decent.

Left me on the phone for 15 minutes, I had to show up while still waiting on the phone, I was shocked to see them standing around chatting. No reason for the phone not getting answered. Terrible customer service.
stopped in to place an order. did not have 1 person who worked there acknowledge me. Not one word. somebody came in after and the girl taled to him but never said hi, let me take your order, nothing. they were not that busy, maybe 4 tables. I stood at the counter for 5 to 7 minutes. the least they could have done was say we're busy but will be with you in a minute. not total ignoring.

Much better service than BW3s/Buffalo Wild Wings. All of the food we ordered was in our order. Employees were helpful. The food tasted pretty good. The ranch was amazing. Either the soda fountain or the grease from the wings interfered with my IBS and I had gastric issues, so will be unable to eat there again.

Ate here at a different location & was great so I went back to Stillwater location where I live. This visit everything was soggy & insanely greasy but figured they were just having a bad day & said nothing. Third time the same & not only that almost every item was incorrectly dressed/seasoned with my requested flavors. Congratulations, BWW is now better than you.

I love wingstop, but for some reason at this one the food was unbelievably spicy. I went with one other friend and both of our food was so much spicier than normal. It was actually inedible.
