Walked in, ordered a hamburger happy meal with a milk , and a small fry.2 people after me also ordered and received their meals before I got mine... ok...Was handed the happy meal, and a bag w/fries - no milk.Happy meal box had the order slip on it - apples, fries, white milk.Checked the box - no apples.Asked for the apples & the milk, was told ~oh, we're out of apples today~Maybe say so when I ordered, or at least when handing me the order???

Drive through was extremely slow to take order...thought system was not working so I proceeded to window which fouled up their system. Pulled ahead and they brought food out.. it's McDonald's, not the Ritz.

First the clerk had a frown on her face when I came to the counter. I specifically said I wanted four items removed from my quarter pounder deluxe. I even held up four fingers. When I received my hamburger and the receipt showed only three items removed. I Asked the clerk to fix it and she explained to me it was my fault cause when she read it back to me it I didn’t correct her. Maybe she did read it back and I didn’t catch it. But the attitude was horrific. I hen the hamburger came she threw at me on the counter. She needs to be let go.

We went in and the cashier was on point to great us and take our order it was served quickly and was fresh and it was yummy it was the morning crew I have been there several times we live in Prague Oklahoma so Stroud is only like 10 miles from us compared to Shawnee which is 20 something I will definitely go back for breakfast I don't know about lunch or supper since I haven't been there in the afternoon or evening thumbs up Mickey D's

The food is as good as any other McDonald's but the service is horrible. We frequently stop here as a midpoint to meet family and are going to have to find another restaurant. Every time we order from here, the order is wrong, even in person. The service not only is wrong, but extremely slow.

I wanted to order some quick nuggets after my meal to go. Took 20 minutes and they only came out because I had to ask themI heard the employees fighting on 3 differentoccasions. It looked like the manager was causing the fights but I could be wrong.There was an awful smell and I think it was an employee.

We come to this McDonald’s three times a week. They never have the food that is on the menu and then when they have to refund you they’re always hateful about refunding you your money. They never have the strawberry cream pies, and they never have the blue raspberry

Always busy when we're passing through, but they are quick on the drive through. It's McDonald's ....food is the same here as it is in San Francisco Ca. or Austin TX. It's average but it could be cleaner. Has a small lobby seats about 20.Everyone's nice there even the customers.

The gentleman at the counter that handled our order was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly, extremely polite,helpful just outstanding service. His name was David. He definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service which is becoming a rarity unfortunately. Employees like him are a very valuable asset to their employer.
