I usually frequent this place once a week. Today I came thru the drive thru and was being rushed by the female employee taking the order. She screwed it up and did not read the order back. When we got to the window she had put my husband down for a gizzard snack not meal and eliminated one of the large sweet teas. The price for a 7 chunk dinner cost as much as a ribeye steak! I refused to go back! After all I am the customer and I don’t appreciate being rushed for my order! I certainly did not appreciate her rudeness, pushy attitude or the disregard for me as a customer and what I wanted on my order! If she can’t take the heat she should stay out of the kitchen!

I ordered a small jalapeño chicken. Received 1 cup full of chicken( 7 small bites) and 1/2 cup of jalapeños. They charged almost $9.00 just for the cup of chicken. Definitely lost my business. Did not get what I paid for.

I was behind the person yelling about the cobbler. The manager was trying to tell him you have to call in in order to get one and the person receiving the whole one had called in. He was belligerent, loud and so disrespectful that the lady manager had enough and had to get loud to talk over him. So this review is not correct.

Very upset I was told on the phone they didn't have a whole cobblerI could only buy a couple servingsI ended up walking in watched the server scrape the sides of a empty left over cobbler to serve meOnce he has them filled w scrapping from the sides and burnt crustThey layed out a whole new cobbler fresh cooked I asked If I could just buy that whole cobbler being as it is freshThe manager woman came to the counter screaming at me I cannot have that cobbler it is not for sale I can only buy servings and her tone and anger was uncalled forThe other man there apologized for the manager ladies actions and let me go ahead and get the whole cobbler which was for a children's event and I didn't know what else to get for dessertI'm so embarrassed for this manager lady and she needs to step down a few levels and realize people don't need to be angry constantly and allow certain people to buy only certain things and other people only other things I do not understandHow she is n her position even overCobbler power !!!!

Last time we were here ilwas over a year ago and we didnt return in thst time due to the bad experience. However, this time was fantastic and it's clear there is new management at this restaurant. The lobby was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I'm glad to see this place has turned around and is doing great again.
