I went in the morning of the 1st for lunch and a women named Meghan took my order at the counter and I am more than displeased with her services. She was overly rude and wouldn't get off her phone she had earbuds in and she wasn't paying any attention to me as a paying customer and that is very disrespectful in a place of work.

This review is based off a one time dine-in experience and during a slow time of day, I believe that there were two other tables that had customers, so about five customers including me and my wife. We both ordered the same dish, a mild BBQ sandwich and fries. The fries were hot and tasty, but both of our sandwiches had cold meat on hot buns. The service was good and the establishment was clean. My daughter swears by the place but I don't think I'll be back.

amazing BBQ place highly recommend it got the super spud very good and they have free ice cream bars which just topped it all off very clean building bathrooms where single stall and clean. employees where very nice and very helpful.

Ordered online. Paid $40 for food that was missing several things and cold. No bacon on my super spud, no pickle spear in my 3 meat combo and soggy cold fries and my spud was ice cold.Update: Spoke to management and they gave me a credit. Went in to eat tonight. They did an awesome job, food was hot, and good, great service!

12.5.23 visitIt was different placing orders at counter. Will say a greeting to us would have been nice. Felt a little lost at first. Been to a number of Rib Crib locations, none before like this.The young lady who did take our order was super nice, she also delivered orders to us, all good! I can't believe there's a complimentary ice cream box! Blue Bell ice cream sandwiches, fudge bars, crunch bars... what a surprise at a Rib Crib, anywhere it would be a nice surprise! Ribs were really good! Thank you!
